Very happy with ATI. Beth was my physical therapist and Lara was helping her. They were both very professional and very pleasant to deal with. They both showed me what exercises to do and the proper way to do them. They answered any questions I had and were very knowledgable about how the exercises would help me. They always said hi to me as soon as I walked through the door.
I would definately recommend this ATI office to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I called and spoke with Lisa and asked if they would be willing to bill MY car insurance since it is easier than dealing with my group insurance. She never really answered, never asked me what was my reason for physical therapy, did ask if I had a Dr. order, said she would call me back in 5 minutes, I never received a return phone call. It has been three days. I wish I could review their service but never got past the initial phone call. Moral of the story, they can’t say they won’t bill your non-​group insurance but they can convey it with other actions.
