All three of my children had their wisdom teeth removed by the Frankfort office and even though there were complications with one of my kids, the staff responded as I would expect. During our initial visit we were told what would be covered by insurance(everything but $ 25). However, after all the bills came in, there was a charge for x-rays that was not covered because my daughter had had x-rays by her referring dentist six months earlier. The staff person that I spoke with twice threw the entire responsibility back on the referring dentist and my daughter. She said it was not their responsibility to ask a patient if they’d had x-rays before taking them again. I’m appalled with that attitude. Not only do we have to pay for an unexpected bill, but my daughter was subjected to radiation that was clearly unnecessary and potentially dangerous. I think they have a serious communication and ethical problem here if they are too busy to ask a question or contact the referring dentist before acting. AND, the response to my inquires was met with a stone wall, no apologies, no offer to split the cost, nothing.

Can I give negative stars? Dr. Bondra did my surgery. He interrupted me with each question I had and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The staff didn’t listen to my concerns. There is absolutely not a single personal aspect to this office. Worst part of my surgery was they failed to listen to me when I said that the«laughing gas» wasn’t working. They told me that it was and that I was just confused. Yes, that is exactly what I was able to remember every detail prior to the IV working. I think a majority of the nurses went to Acme Nurse’s Skool. The nurse couldn’t start an IV because I allegedly have tricky veins — -so she said. Funny. I’ve always been complimented on my veiny nature from all other medical professionals. It was a traumatic experience. As I was coming out of the anesthesia, the nurse left me sitting up and unattended, allowing my head to snap back and hit a brick wall. Having additional bruises and a large bump on the back of my head was a special touch to the whole experience. Oh – and when I had complications the next day, none of their offices or their emergency lines were attended. I had to have another doctor take care of me. The real kicker was when Dr. Bondra told me in my post-op appointment that it was my fault because I had dialed all the wrong numbers(no, I didn’t, genius. You know why? Because I was sent to an automated message with your business name on the recording). Perhaps another doctor at this office would be better, but I will never recommend anyone to go here.
