I recently brought my Hp laptop to Anthony at Lincoln Way Computers due to the computer acting erratically and practically having a mind of its own. Dropped off the computer on a Monday night and by 9:30 — 10:00 pm that same evening Anthony had already begun running tests and keeping me updated. Within less than 24 hours of receiving the computer from me he had it completely restored, viruses and malware removed and was running better than I ever remember. Anthony also backed up all of our documents, pictures and had them back on the computer. Aside from the prompt and quality work that was done, Anthony could not have been a more polite, kind, and professional person to work with. Always keeping me updated every step of the way. After a decade of Tony fixing computer issues that I’ve had from installing wireless cards on old PC laptops to figuring out data storage issues with newer MACs, this year I dealt with a couple new issues. Tony handled them both brilliantly. I came to him a few months ago with a cracked screen on my iPhone 4 and within 2 hours of obtaining the new screen he had my screen replaced and the phone looked brand new. Then fast forward and I had a Playstation 3 that was not reading discs (any of them blu-​ray, PS3 games or DVD) so I put a call into Tony and he thought he could fix it. Sure enough, it is fixed! I can’t be happier with the service and the breadth of knowledge at Lincolnway computers. Although I do have to say the name is deceptive, Tony can do a lot more than computers.

I hit the jackpot! My daughter’s laptop was a mess. I heard about Lincolnway Computers from a co-​worker who had nothing but great things to say. I gave them the device and in no time it was fixed and better than new. My daughter was so happy and so was I. The cost was minimal compared to what Dell had originally quoted and I am now a loyal customer!!! Thank you Tony for taking care of us!!!

I have been a customer of Lincolnway Computers for over a year. They have serviced two Apple Macbooks and a HP for me saving me a lot of moneyI I can not stress enough how excellant their service, knowledge and prices are. I highly recommend them!
