Timber View Rv Center

The biggest compliment I can pay any company is repeat business, and that’s why I’m going in today to pick up my second RV from The people at Timber View RV Center. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They showed me several that I had not even thought would word for me because of the price, and I decided on the 5^th wheel of my dreams! The trade-​in allowance and dealer discounts made it all possible.
My new trailer is used, and before I pick it up Timber View went through the entire trailer, replacing a tire bumper, checking the wheel bearings, making sure everything was in perfect working order. They even installed a fireplace for me!
I work with Paul all the time. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I’ve also had very good experiences with their repair and maintenance department. They’re flexible and easy to work with, and I don’t ever feel they are inflating the price for service or repairs.
When it comes time to trade this one in, I’ll go to Timber View first.

These people are shady. We were told we could hold a camper with a deposit and if we changed our mind they would gladly refund our deposit. We ended buying a camper from Rick’s RV in Joliet the next day. When we asked these crooks at Timber View to return our deposit they were rude and unprofessional but finally agreed to a credit. That was July 26^th. It’s September 12^th and still no credit. Oh well, I just called Citibank and they filed a dispute. These idiots can fight it out with the bank. On a positive note, if you are looking for a RV go to Rick’s in Joliet. The staff is much more professional and the service dept is much nicer.
