Had an issue with my water heater and furnace. Expected it to be a simple repair, but with a high cost. I was very pleasantly surprised! Everyone, from the person I spoke with on the phone, to the repairman, was super friendly, professional and helpful. The total bill was very reasonable. They showed up when they said they would and went out of their way to go above and beyond. I will definitely call Whitehead-​Hancock the next time.
