Let’s YO!

Very, very yummy frozen yogurt. Let’s YO is my favorite chain for frozen yogurt by far. My favorite flavors here are the Espresso and Cookies and Cream.

I came here a little bit ago with my boyfriend and another couple to cure my friends need for fro yo so we came to Let’s Yo! I have been to other locations that are closer to my house and I must say I have had a better experience there.
The store itself is really cute with bright colors and a lot of technology. Pretty much everything here is displayed on fro yo machines to the Ipads mounted on the tables. They have an insane amount of topping which is pretty cool. The flavors of fro yo are pretty unique and are very smooth and creamy. My favorite topping has got to be the whipped cream in the dispenser, it’s delicious. They don’t do sampling which I think is odd. how am I supposed to know if I like the flavors or not? Also the staff the night I was in wasn’t very helpful when it came to my questions, it was like I was irritating the girls by asking.
Ill have to come back and try this location out again some other time. Hopefully my experience will be better.

What a fantastic addition to Franklin Lakes, a great place to bring the children, just as long as they don’t overload with the various delicious options. Great staff who always offer to get fresh ingredients from the back to make sure nothing is contaminated with nuts for us. Lots of options in a cool friendly environment with the great idea of installing a ipad for kids. Cant wait to go much more often next summer

There is a good amount of frozen yogurt flavors (and they add new ones all the time). The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is fun. It’s a little bit annoying that you can’t take your own samples (someone has to come over and dispense it for you), but most places do that these days to prevent abuse. They also have tablet computers with games at the tables for kids (which is a unique feature).
Overall, a ⁴⁄₅. I wouldn’t go out of my way to drive a long distance here, but it’s nice having in the town and the location next to Market Basket is very convenient.

Stop searching for another fro-​yo place! THIS IS IT!!! the flavor of the fro-​yo is far better than any of the other places around. AND RIGHT NOW THEY HAVE PUMPKIN!
PUMPKIN! Yes! Go get some right now and mix it with the espresso for a pumpkin latte!
There are great toppings to choose from also!

I also flip flop between this location and the one in Paramus depending on my schedule. I love the outdoor seating in Franklin Lakes and the cool vibe inside! Froyo is very creamy and rich, more like ice cream than yogurt. This past visit I had the Rocky Road flavor and put coconut and walnuts on top, yummy!!! I love the fact that they have not just lots of chocolate and candy toppings, but lots of fresh fruit as well. When I am here in the mornings I love to get one of fruit flavored yogurts and top it with fresh kiwi, blackberries and strawberries or a fruit smoothie and make a real breakfast out of it. Plenty of parking makes this location my choice rather than the many in Ridgewood that are actually closer to home.

The frozen YO tasted more like cold sugar than anything else. So you eat «healthy» frozen yogurt loaded with sugar. It’d would be nice if they had regular size bowls instead of those super jumbo sized buckets.

Honestly, I think this place has great froyo and a plethora of toppings… I’m sure many people love it and rave about it. I can understand that. It’s vibrant, fun, trendy, and new. So this review is probably ultra specific and personal to JUST ME. With that being said… This would be my go-​to froyo place (it’s the closest one to where I live) but there are two huge problems with Let’s Yo, causing me to still venture all the way to Red Mango or even Curly’s for my froyo needs.
–Stale sprinkles. Yes. Their rainbow sprinkles are CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY stale. Why would anyone want to taste their sweet flavors and simultaneously chomp down on old, hardened, hurt-​your-​teeth sprinkles??? Get it together! Sprinkles are, to some people, the most important topping. Or their only topping!
–No do-​it-​yourself sampling?!? Having someone stand there and give me a sample of each flavor I would like to try completely takes the fun out of SELF SERVE frozen yogurt. I absolutely HATE places that do this.
All in all, this place is fun… but I won’t be back unless I am craving sprinkle-​less froyo or until I hear they’ve freshened their sprinkles.

i go to the one in paramus on rt.17 and omg is life changing. this is by far the BEST fro. yogurt ive ever had. and they have every freaking possible add-​on you can imagine. Im never going any where else. lol

As soon as you walk into the store you will notice there is a lot of use of technology. Everything is digital, from the menu right down to the signs above the frozen yogurt machines, they even have ipads mounted on the tables.
They have a lot of crunchy cereals and granola to put on the bottom of your cup. They had a big variety of toppings to choose from, but not as many fruit toppings as I would like. It was cool that they had dispensers for some toppings but I had trouble using them. What really turned me off was that unlike other frozen yogurt places, where you can grab a sample cup and sample as many flavors as you want, they have a person ration out a sample for you, because of that I didn’t get to try all the flavors that I wanted to.
But was most important was the Frozen Yogurt itself which was really good. It was very tasty, smooth, and creamy. I’m going to have to come back when it’s less crowded so I can give it another try.

Omg! I’m hooked. I’ve been to quite a few of these fro yo places that’s been sprouting up like wild mushrooms. Most are over rated. I’m in love with Let’s Yo for their variety of flavors and toppings. Oh and love their fresh whipped cream. Colorful décor, staff are adorable and friendly. IPad mounted on the tables is a nice touch!

Great frozen yogurt and great toppings. Red Mango used to be my favorite but now I will be coming to Let’s Yo. Their fro yo is creamier and there are more options.
And I love the self serve!

Really good frozen yogurt! All natural, great flavors and good toppings. Staff is really helpful and they let you taste everything before you decide on a flavor!
