I hired this company to open a pool that was closed for 3 years due to my house being bank owned. They drained and power washed the pool to clean, then I subsequently learn that this should never be attempted with a pool with a liner. My mistake for putting my faith in these so called pool experts. As predicted the pool did not hold water after filling, and I had to replace the liner since they destroyed it. (thankfully with another pool company) While they had no problem cashing the $ 1500 check I wrote to them, apparently returning phone calls is not included with that price. Complete crooks, beware.

We built our new house in 2008. In the process, we suffered through many nightmare contractors, but Danna Pools was NOT one of them. Dan always returns calls! It may seem like a small thing unless you’ve dealt with contractors before. Being in Elmhurst with small lot sizes, there were quite a few hurdles for an in ground pool. Dan handled them all and kept the neighbors happy! We love our pool! It’s well designed, well built, and easily our favorite purchase. We got 4 quotes before deciding to go with Danna Pools. Without doubt, we made the right decision.
