Very good Service here. I liked the 90 minutes one and price was very reasonable. I will go there again if I go to New Jercy.

If I could, I would give them a 0-star rating. Don’t waste your time or money here. I bought a Groupon for«One Swedish or Hot Stone Massage.» Upon entering the«spa,» Bella, the manager, fought with me saying that the Groupon was only for a Swedish Massage and that they did not do that Hot Stone Massage for that price. After arguing with her, she agreed to do the hot stone. While waiting, another woman walked in with the Groupon and received very poor service and attitude just as I had. When I got into the room where they would massage me, it was very cold and loud because the walls didn’t go all the way to the ceiling and I could hear other people talking. Not a good spa-like atmosphere at all. I should have left while I still could. The massage was not good at all and upon its conclusion, I gathered my things and began to walk out. The woman who massaged me asked for a tip, but I refused due to my overall dissatisfaction with the establishment as well as the bad massage. I left and my daughter then walked in for her Groupon HOTSTONE massage which was right after mine, or it was supposed to be. Bella refused the hot stone massage again, and ultimately refused to give my daughter any massage. She said that I was not nice at all and a $ 10 tip is REQUIRED and fought with my daughter about my massage when my daughter had nothing to do with it. My daughter explained that her transaction should be separate from mine and that it clearly stated she could have either the Swedish OR hot stone massage. Bella was extremely unprofessional and outright rude. I told my daughter not to waste her time or breath because it wasn’t a good massage anyway. I called Groupon and they are escalating the issue to the person who handles their agreements with accounts due to the fact that Bella and the staff are not fulfilling their end of their agreement and are fighting and yelling at customers. Worst customer service I have ever received and I am going to make sure that everyone knows it.
