Called at 12:15 AM for a pick up and was told the van was «on its way.» Called 25 minutes later and was told that the driver was still at the office but was leaving right away. After waiting 45 minutes in total, the driver shows up. Awesome service.

I’ve used these guys five times now and I recommend people try them. Book online, jump into a warm shuttle, and cruise to the airport. The drivers are always friendly. Same thing coming back. Call when you land and they’ll pick you up and take you to your car. –You can upgrade *during certain hours only* to have them bring your car to the airport, but I haven’t done that. Doesn’t seem worth the extra price, personally. They’re nice, they’re CHEAP, they’re reliable. Boom, done.

Never used this service before. I was very pleased as my drop off and shuttle to airport went smoothly. 5 days later upon my return I called as instructed. The service advised me to wait at Door #1 at the shuttle center across from the HIlton. Within 5 minutes the shuttle arrived. Very helpful with bags and quick commute back to Pride. My car was parked pointing to Mannheim. Everything was inside the vehicle as I left it. Quick counter service. I will book with Pride in the future.

This parking establishment was highly recommended to me by several friends and I was sorely disappointed. The price is good. $ 7.50 vs. the minimum $ 19 at the Ohare run lots is seductive enough. I looked at the site and they had an option for indoor parking, car washes, and terminal pickup/​drop off… I was so excited for this experience. Expectation truly is the breeding ground for disappointment. I booked my appt online, simply enough. When I arrived, it was 5am, dark and raining cats and dogs. I pulled up at the shabby converted gas station to have the attendant come outside and scream at me that I couldn’t park there. I back up and go where I was directed. Get out and run across the parking lot, in the rain. So much for valet. I had booked indoor (mainly because I thought it was like a parking deck). The attendant questioned my choice, stating «that isn’t a luxury car, there is no reason to park that inside». After a few minutes of back and forth I told him to just leave it outside (mainly because I had no confidence that he would actually pull it inside). Then I had to schlep back into the storm to get my bags out of the car, I was offered no (zero) assistance. It really just wasn’t how I wanted to begin my trip. I won’t be parking here again. Ever. I would’ve given it a 1 star, but the price and the shuttle driver (who was very polite) saved it

Practically the cheapest parking at O Hare when you book online. They also offer car washes, curb side pick up (for a little extra) and if you are running late for your flight they’ll do everything in their power to get you to the airport terminal safe and fast.
Secure, offsite cheap parking. What else do you need?

In my opinion, with any business the most important factor is customer service and this place has none. This was my second time here because the first time they pushed me to buy their reloadable card. This time around I went to use my card which had $ 40 on it and he claimed there was a zero balance after pretending to swipe my card. First of all, the card has a bar code in which you enter or scan; there is absolutely no swiping strip. I said whatever and paid what I owed and the next customer forgot his «blue receipt» which the manager made him pay an additional $ 10 service few when they HAVE the exact same copy behind the counter. It seems that the business only cares about their nickels and dimes.

There’s literally one job that an off-​airport parking service has: shuttle people to and from off-​site parking. Our driver claimed he «had no idea» so many people were arriving, despite our having informed Pride of our flight times at booking. As a result, he left us waiting at the airport at midnight for an additional 20 minutes because, he claimed, there was not room for our bags.
It would have been easier to stomach if there had actually been no room, or if the driver gave even the faintest sign of caring about the inconvenience.
There are lots of choices when you park, and I would suggest using one.

DO NOT go here, they are cheaper than most places but the reviews are right, they are rude! I called them just to ask a question and the guy who answered the phone hung up on me, he gave me a half ass answer and then hung up without confirming anything or even saying bye. I knew not to give them any business right then and there. Absolute disgrace.
I chose Blue Sky Parking instead and I was very happy with my choice.

We are standing in front of door 1 as instructed, still no shuttle to get to our car after an hour! The first time I called for a shuttle I was told it would be 10 – 15 minutes. Since I am seven months pregnant and it’s hard to stand up in the cold for 15 minutes, we decided to wait behind the glass doors where there are benches. The shuttle drove by, slowed for a second, and took off in a hurry. Now we are waiting for the second shuttle that was promised to us (even though it hurts to stand up for this long). This is the last time we will leave our car at Pride.

I travel for work on a monthly basis, and the company I usually park at was full. So I looked these guys up. Got on Unilocal and checked out the ratings. Here’s the thing about these types of places and the consumers that choose them. First and foremost, it’s a parking company. It’s not an industry to be terribly excited over, and I believe in our silly little minds, we have this stupid concept of entitlement. Like we ‘deserve’ great customer service at a parking garage? Dumb. To the consumers who whine about the simplest things, really? Get it together. First world problems. I gave Pride Airport Parking an «A-​Ok» because that’s what they are. They’re okay. The guys that work there are a little rough around the edges but I still appreciated the work they did. If you’re visiting Chicago the first time, consider it a cultural experience. Not very friendly, but that’s okay. Why? Because it’s a parking lot for your car. I don’t care about their attitudes. I just want somewhere to put my car while I’m away. You’re spending $ 6.50 a night. They’re just some guys doing their job. I don’t care about their attitude.
They do help you with your luggage, and provide a ride to the airport. Good taste in music on the shuttle. Haha. Listened to a little CCR on the way back to the lot. All in all, don’t ask for too much when you’re parking your car anywhere. I’d use Pride Parking again. It’s somewhere to park.

After traveling for 15 hours we arrived at the International Terminal and called for the shuttle as soon as we cleared customs. We were assured a van was on the way. Over an hour and 5 phone calls later we were finally picked up. Not good. They had been running the shuttle to the domestic terminals, filling it up and bypassing International. They should not be proud — We will never use Pride Parking again.

I used this service recently and was not very pleased. Booking online was easy enough. I dropped off my car and took a picture of the dash to record miles. I paid the additional fee to have the car dropped off to me upon my return to the airport.
I called when I landed — as instructed, provided my name and was then asked what kind of car and if they were supposed to bring my car to me. Really? Once I gave my name shouldn’t they know what kind of car and what service I paid for — in advance? The guy who answered the phone just seemed irritated to which I would ask: Why bother answering the phone if you’re in a crap *ss mood?
I called again when I was exiting Customs — same guy answered and now he couldn’t hear me. I called again once outside and was now scolded for not calling when exiting Customs. Wow.
I finally get my car and notice there are 11 additional miles added! They are only 4 miles from the airport! Called to speak to the manager and now understand why everyone are jerks — the manager is too!!!
Never again will I use this service.

My fiancée and i both travel sunday thro fri for work, thus sometimes i will park and he will pick up and vice versa. While he has never had an issue with them regarding the same, the last two experiences I had with them left plenty to be desired. I used to enjoy speaking w the rep, rob, and not sure if he was stressed out or having a bad day but when I left my vehicle I specifically told the rep there that my fiancée was picking up the car (and his name was in the system). No prob, right? Well when I called to tell them what time he’d be picking up the rep told me this couldnt be done and that i had to give my fiancée power of attorney to pick up the vehicle. WHAT? dude, stop trying to swing ur man bits around for some unseen complex u may have, and just take my fiancée’s name then check his license/​license # whn u see him! Not hard dude. And quite frankly, I dont really want to have to deal with this kind of hassle again, as we travel WEEKLY, ie EVERY WEEK… which is TOO OFTEN to experience this kind of treatment when we give them so much business… sorry guys, u struck out.

We have used these people a half a dozen or more times now and all have gone pretty much the same way… the drop-​off and shuttle to the airport is perfect. On the return, you call them and they dispatch the van to pick you up. The success rate on the timing of the shuttle pickup to get your car back can be either really good or really, really, really terrible.
Or worse, on this last trip… it took forever for them to show up from when we called, then when he got there he sat in the van with us for another 10 minutes saying he might have another group to pick up. After 10 minutes he decided there was no other group, but he knew of another group in the Hilton by T2 that needed pickup. We slowly drove there (from terminal 5, so not that close) and pulled up just as the other shuttle van had just loaded everyone. He got out waddled around for 4 more minutes and we eventually were on our way.
It took an incomprehensible amount of time to get back to our car. Then when we got to the lot, our car wasn’t just ready, we waited another 10 minutes.
From when we called for the pickup, it took over an hour.
The guy who operates this place is a sleazy, sleazy businessman. He charged us for a full car wash even though none of the stuff promised in the full car wash was done. When prompted he didn’t offer a refund, had to file a credit card dispute.
This was not the first time this happened, either… the problem is every 2 years I get the hankering to ‘give them another chance’ and then this happens again and you realize you remember why. Not anymore. Never again.

I’m tired of all the crappy reviews for this place. It’s cheap. They deliver you on time and they pick you up on time. Are the vehichles 5star? No. But they get the job done. I’ve used this place 7 – 8 times and they’re consistently awesome and can’t ask for anything more for the price point

I had to use their service because my boss told me. It was only 15 mins from my apt. I reserved online and dropped my car off. I must admit I was nervous to leave my key and even more nervous to not lose the receipt they gave me (i heard they give u a big hassle if you lose your receipt).
When we returned home, the shuttle was there to pick us up. We didnt have to wait at all. Only negative was that the shuttle was a little FUNKY… so my advice would be to put some air freshner in that mub!
Overall, it was a positive experience and the people there were very helpful. Next, time ill make sure my car gets washed while im gone!

It was my first time parking at O’hare and when I did an online search I saw that this places was family owned and very reasonably priced. This sounds good, but the service was so exceptionally rude that it motivated me to start a Unilocal account and file a complaint with the better business bureau.
I parked my car there for 3 days and returned at the scheduled time. I waited nearly an hour at the airport for the shuttle to come, then was surprised to learn I would be charged for the hour I waited as well as the hour the company «lost» during the time change for daylight savings. The owner was EXTREMELY rude and informed me that it wasn’t his fault the government decided to change the clocks.

I’ve used their service twice before, once during the winter and once recently. They are a place where you drop off your car and pay about $ 7 – 8 per day for them to park your car and they provide shuttle service to and from the airport.
Here’s why I like it:
— It’s cheaper than most airport parking.
— The shuttle attendants are friendly.
— They are family owned.
Here’s why I don’t like it:
— They take a LONG time to pick you up at the airport if you arrive at off times. You have to go to the shuttle bus area and wait for them to come, which may take awhile since they are waiting for others to come as well as they may only have one shuttle going at once.

I’ve been using Pride Parking for quite a while, but the service has been going steadily downhill.
Last visit was the last straw, I showed up at my scheduled time to drop off my car. The guy behind the counter took forever to acknowledge me (I was the only one there) then was so busy rearranging all the keys on the desk that he couldn’t handle one other task. After he finally took my keys and tried to get a printout so I could be on my way to catch my flight, he couldn’t get the computer to print the claim receipt. I was there literally 25 minutes and he never completed the check in process. I got so frustrated that I took my key back and parked in Economy Parking. Not sure I’ll go back.
One other complaint, the vans that pickup all the way over at the transit center seem to be less and less frequent. It can be well over an hour from the time you call to the time you get your car and get on the road. Too much of a pain, Economy Parking is much faster, even with the train and not that much different in price.
