If you want horrible customer service where you’re treated like a nonentity then have your shredding done by Shred-​It. You got roped into a contract when you said you don’t want a contract and are told this isn’t a contract it’s a service agreement, but they don’t tell you it’s a 60 month service agreement, then by all means go with Shred-​It. They are the most awful company I’ve ever ‘worked’ with, ‘worked’ is in quotes because they don’t work with you, they dictate.

Strike one: they moved but didn’t change the website so I and at least one other customer went to the old location. It looks like they merged or took over Cintas document services. Then they took my credit card and drivers license and disappeared for 10 minutes. And they came back with the receipt told me to head around the back of the building to a locked gate. Where their delivery truck showed up and was able to let us through the gate. when we got through the gate the employees standing at the truck couldn’t help us and give us vague directions to ring the doorbell at the back entrance of the building where the employee look completely surprised to see that they had customers.
