Ordered delivery from here a few weeks ago. I had the chicken with mixed vegetables with pork fried rice and a wonton soup. My hubby had the pineapple fried rice and we both had the crab ragoon to start. My dinner was pretty flavorful but it was my hubby’s pineapple fried rice that left me wishing I had ordered that instead. The portions and pretty big and the prices are decent. Will keep ordering from here.

Try the noodle with beef and seafood there as well as the sour and spicy soup. The price is really cheap and if you wanna have some fast food with a low and tasty flavor, go for it.

This place is the best we have been looking for a good Chinese in franklin square and we found it and the best thing is he uses veg oil to cook not peanut oil we have a child that has a nut allergy and she can eat there food I have ordered several times and every time the food is great I’m very happy the owner is joe and he just opened and he is very nice you have to try this place you won’t be unhappy

DISGUSTING! I just picked up my order from this place. I ordered the mixed vegetables with green curry and a bunch of other stuff for my family. It looked great but I can’t comment on how it tastes because I had to throw my whole meal away. I found a huge FLY in it! This is why I wish we had health code grades for restaurants like they have in the city. I am so disgusted and will never order from this place again.

A surprising turn for this location, which has had several owners in the past 5 years —(most) all, unfortunately where bad. Until now. Thus far, I’ve eaten here six times already, and waited to review until I was *sure* their food was good. First off, the ingredients are fresh, period. And, if you’ve had Chinese takeout in the NYC area, you know that fresh is(sadly) unusual. In addition, the food tastes much lighter than the normal Chinese takeout fare(perhaps the oil they use, or another consequence of freshness), meaning, no food coma, or nausea after eating(yes, I’ve had some bad experiences in the past eating Chinese takeout). Good chicken dishes, and good fried rice. Every lunch special I’ve gotten was yummie too! With good prices, very good food, a Chinese takeout place doesn’t get much better than this. Welcome to the neighborhood Chen’s Garden!
