The best health spot around! I have been going there for years. Free health evaluations! They keep you motivated and do so much all for 6 bucks. The shakes and tea are excellent high quality blends and suuuuper cheap! But the best is the service. I’ve made friends for life at Ideal Wellness.

By far the Best of Long Island! Here you will find a positive support system for your health and weight management concerns. I know I would be lost without them! They encourage exercise and even have great referrals to Crossfit and Zumba. Come and visit, try their amazing shot of aloe, fat burning tea and protein smoothie. Everything is delicious AND good for you! Brenda is the owner, she’s a gem. You have to meet her, she will inspire you no matter what your goals are
