King Kullen

I love this place! The manager is super nice & special orders unusual food & non-​food items for me. Also, anytime I report that something appears to be sold out, the manager or customer service always check if it’s in back & if it’s not, I’m told the approximate date of when they can get it for me. The place is always clean! The employees are extremely polite & friendly. The deli section is also exemplary in every way! I can’t tell you how many supermarkets I’ve walked out of on Long Island because the deli section was not clean enough &/​or run by surly employees. Customer service is always extremely helpful here & I had a particularly good experience with Deborah tonight over the phone! They are also open a lot of hours in the day; and the parking lot is large & well kept. For 3 years, when I temporarily moved several towns away to Westbury, I would still, despite my busy schedule, drive all the way to Franklin Square to shop at this particular King Kullen, although others were closer. I honestly don’t have a single criticism. And now that I’ve moved back to my hometown of Floral Park, I don’t even have to travel far anymore!

I really like coming to this supermarket. They stay open relatively late and it is hardly ever crowded. There is a parking lot just outside and they have pretty good deals on the products I need. They always have the products I need as well. They employees are nice, too. We come here often.

Its alright if youre into boring food. I wish they had more organic, all natural and gluten free items. A pretty limited selection of organic/​all natural frozen foods.
They do have a vegan/​vegetarian/​organic section but its limited. However you can get your basic tofu, vegetarian deli slices, cheese, salads, chia seed drinks and maybe some fruits.

Love that it’s clean and well stocked employees are friendly… But fruit and vegetables are too expensive, Would shop there more if they were cost less.
Meat, and poultry prices are great they hav many sales and it’s great quality

This KK is average, but not as pleasant as it could be and/​or you’d expect.
