I usually drop by this branch because of convenience and order through my mobile so I can skip the line. Four over 5 times of my visits here I waited so much just to pick up my order. The last time I was here, I went inside and noticed the store was empty, not even one(except for 3 people on their laptops who doesn’t have wifi in their homes) and ask the barista about the order I made online. She was startled cuz she was on her phone all the time when I entered and didn’t check the ticket order that’s already hanging on the machine. It took me more than 8 mins to pick up my frap because it was handled by a lazy, conceited, text savvy millennial working as a barista that afternoon. She didn’t even apologize for the delay. WTF!

Always packed because there’s no other Starbucks in the area but they don’t have enough people working to manage it so there’s always a wait — I’ve never been here where it’s just in and out — but I’ve seen people working there just walking around behind the counter not helping when there’s 8 people waiting for their drinks and 10 people on line — I had to wait for the lady to make the drinks of 3 people behind me because it was quicker than my blended drink and easier — who cares that I already waited 15 minutes! sure I got 10 more because ur lazy! I’ve been here enough times that this seems to be the case every time I’m here — if I didn’t love my green tea frap and anyone else made it or there was another Starbucks I would NEVER come here!

Great service every time I go in there. Coffee is always on point; my only complaint is that they do not have the clover brewed system yet.

I will rate 4 stars because I’ve had a more positive experience here over the last couple of years than a negative one. The employees are always super friendly and the service is quick. I’ve never had a complaint until today. One of the cashiers(female, tall, African American) was extremely rude. Didn’t call next — just stared at me until I walked up to the register. Didn’t say hello or ask me how I was doing. Didn’t even ask me what I wanted. After ordering the only thing she asked was what my name was. She did not say thank you or anything else. She was also having conversations with her coworkers while I was ordering which I found super rude and irritating. I understand what it’s like to work in a crazy environment, especially on a Sunday. It sucks. At the end of the day, this is your JOB. If you do not like it, do not take it out on other people, especially customers.

No matter how simple the drink is they’ll get it wrong. You want a cappuccino? Sorry you’re gonna get a latte because they don’t understand milk ratios. And who knew it was possible to screw up an iced latte.

THEWORSTSTARBUCKSLOCATIONEVER. I come here mostly in the mornings, and they are out of certain things which I don’t understand… if the store just opened shouldn’t all the supplies be in stock? When that happens, I have to completely change my coffee order. They never put enough milk and they all have an attitude. The only nice one there is the short older lady with the short brown hair that works the cashier in the mornings. She is kind and actually cares. Everyone else looks like they hate their life and like they want to spit in your coffee. It is always crowded but it might be because they’re SOSLOW. I waited for 25 minutes last weekend to get a black iced coffee. Also, when they’re not crowded they still take forever and I always get a simple order. The little station with all the milk and sugar is always filthy and out of milk. This whole place is just a mess. I really hate this location… I try my best not to set foot in there. The parking situation sucks too because the lot is so small bc there’s also Chase bank and CVS. The best Starbucks is in Garden City on Seventh Street. They’re super fast and always get my order right. At first, I felt bad for the Franklin Sq. location because I thought they were so slow and stupid bc of the crowd. Once I went to the Garden City location, I realized that they’re always crowded too, if not more crowded and I am always out of there within 5 minutes. They’re also all sooo friendly. The workers on Franklin Ave have to wake up and realize that people are in a rush in the mornings and to pick up the pace !!! No one wants to be aggravated their first stop in the AM!

Worst starbucks Iv’e been to in my life. The coworkers are rude, the café is filthy, and the Coffee sucks! Twice I got cold coffee, might as well make it iced. Do not recommend this location to anyone. Imagine what it feels like to drink sub-warm coffee?

Okay so I work nights and as long as I’m early I stop for coffee… And it NEVERFAILS they always do something to piss me the F off… So it’s empty, no ones at the register and 5 max people sitting, the employees are the slowest set of people around; I wish I could go back there and make the dam thing myself. I I’m not a city girl, my orders are normally PRETTYSIMPLE, no venti, half-whole milk, one quarter non-fat, extra hot, split quad shot, no foam latte with whip, 2 packets of Splenda &3 sprinkles of cinnamon, NOOOOO I JUSTWANT A CARMELLATTE. The attitude they give u it’s almost like I came to their home 10:30 at night and begged them for their coffee for FREE!!! I leave there feeling like I just paid for cold coffee and stink attitude. Tonight would be the LAST time I go there. I’ve been to other Starbucks that’s so crazy the line is out the door and the service is so much better and faster! The employees at this Starbucks always look dirty. Great location though

my favorite Starbucks in the area. most of the time I don’t have to wait long and the staff is pretty friendly. when I go however, it’s usually in the evening after all the rush.

Talk about lack of management! ~2pm on Saturday 5÷16÷15. There were 7 employees behind the counter, but we waited for 6 minutes for a hot black coffee, with vanilla. The amount of customers was less than the employees and yet I had to bring both empty canisters of half/half and whole milk back to the ‘employees’ and… she just left them on the counter for me, the customer to bring them back to the station; which really annoyed me, didn’t say a word, just rudely left them there. The garbage in both holes was overflowing, and the ‘employees’ just continued their conversation about bad music. Furthermore, I was charged for a vanilla bean frap instead, I did not get a receipt, nor did I get the money owed to me. This place is a disgrace to the elegance of the Starbucks name. There’s a Dunkin across the street that I’ll be going to exclusively. Just terrible.

This has become one of my regular Starbucks locations, as I’m in Franklin Square a lot these days. The service is always speedy, and there’s always a few seats for you, if you need. I’ve only ever had one bad croissant here, but that must have been a fluke. Otherwise, solid location, with a friendly staff.

Nice Starbucks. Always bustling. You can get your drinks(Starbucks), banking(Chase) and prescriptions(CVS) all in one stop as they all share the same parking lot. They have a tried and true formula for drinks so they are consistently delicious. The hot chocolate and seasonal drinks ROCK and warm you on a cold day. Food here is always fresh too. The staff is very good about rotating out the stock. They are also very friendly. My only concern is that sometimes they are slow and the line snakes around and blocks the entrance because this is a very small establishment. Still, I will never forget how they remained open, tolerant and generous during Hurricane Sandy, as people flocked here to keep warm and take advantage of their free WiFi.

I have been to this Starbucks a few times. Parking is ok but a little challenging. They share a parking lot with CVS and on this particular night it was crowded. This location is quite intimate(aka small) but there is always seating. It’s clean, the staff are friendly(for the most part), and the drinks are good. I will say that my drink wasn’t as hot as it typically is but I’m not going to fuss over it :). I’m good ;).

Not my favorite Starbucks. The organization of the place does not help itself. The entryway is blocked and the line ends up getting bunched up, causing a bit of chaos. The pickup area is the same way. Bunched up and chaotic. The employees were slow and disorganized. The line was 10-people deep, and there were 2 people working a register, one barista making drinks, and two other people restocking shelves. Bad way to get people in and out. Also, the cashiers were cracking jokes amongst themselves while the barista was clearly suffering trying to crank out drinks, and kept getting screwed up because the cashiers werent writing the orders right. Compliments to the barista, who made my drink perfectly despite the challenges.
