Action Taxi Services

I always give people second and third chances… I work for a large company and have to make sure people get to the airport early. I haven’t used him in awhile and thought I’d give him another chance, never again. He tells you he’ll be there early and the time comes he’s not there, you call him because he’s late and he has the nerve to lie to you and say the car is out front and where are you he doesn’t see you, when I have windows and can see if Anyone pulls up, he then calls the driver and the driver plays along too. Then he says Oh the driver is at wrong address and laughs. It’s Not Funny!!! He’s 45 minutes late, he knows where my company is located! The last time he said the driver had a flat tire, wouldn’t you call the client and say he’s running late??? Since this just happened I wanted to get this on Unilocal while I’m still upset. Franklin doesn’t have a lot of options for Taxi’s they have to come from Nashville usually so it’ very frustrating. I see Über is coming to Franklin, it’s got to be better than what I’ve experienced!!! I want to give them a –0.

Rip off!
I needed to be driven two miles down the road for a meeting. Even though I’d given the dispatcher my destination address I still had to dig it out for the driver. I also had to direct the driver on how to get there. When we arrived 2 miles later he actually charged me $ 15. I didn’t see a meter running but I didn’t have time to argue. I only had two ten-​dollar bills and he took them and said he didn’t have change. I walked home after my meeting because I didn’t have any more case. What a rip off.
