Autowash Express

Worst job ever. Thought new owners would be better. I will not go back. Spots all over car and it’s not clean.

Hey Miles, I am a frequent customer at your Auto Spa so I tried your Auto Express on Mallory expecting the same quality and attention. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. Although the brushes on the inside of the car wash looked impressive, the quality of the wash was mediocre at best and required a lot of hand touch up when finished. And I was also bummed that window cleaning and vacuuming was not offered. At $ 19 it seems that services should go beyond a wash and hand dry… and to then drive away with a smudged windshield, disappointing. I won’t be using that car wash again but will use the White Bridge location. Historically your team has been anxious to satisfy all customers so I hope the same attitude will forge improvements at your Express Wash.

I stopped in today and bought the platinum package plus two add-​ons. When I left I realize that they had not done the dashboard, console and then started looking around realize I didn’t clean the jambs or do the bug removal.
When I return and asked the manager if they can go ahead and get it fixed she told me I would have to get back in line, which I had already spent more than 30 minutes in line, or get a refund. I asked her to go ahead and send a crew over and clean my car as I had already been through the line. She did not want to do that. So I took the refund and drove over to Miles Spa.
I’ll only use this place for exterior wash only.

HORRIBLE experience… pulled up in the line and got to the attendant, asked him how he was. no response. he then says very rudely «what do you want?» I say I’d like the interior and exterior detail (most expensive service mind you.” «we don’t do full details on saturday,» he says. what? not even if I drop it off (AFTERALL ITS ONLY 1PM)? «no,» he says. won’t be going back to this place. btw– you guys should update your services on your website if that’s the case. just sayin’

Worst carwash ever. The workers acted like they were afraid to touch my car. Save your $ 20 and drive thru Exon.

I will NEVER return. I regret not checking Unilocal before trying this place. Extremely slow and maybe not enough workers. After going through the three minute wash, I sat for 35 minutes waiting for them to clean my vehicle before leaving. Awful service

A majority of the employees have terrible attitudes. It’s very evident that the majority are only there for a paycheck! I’ve witnessed many rolling their eyes and making comments under their breath after finishing a customer’s car. Unacceptable!
I’ll find another car wash to do business with.

I will not go back. Waited 10 minutes to go through the wash then had to wait 45 minutes to have my car actually worked on. I paid for the Gold which was a waste of $ 19.95 plus tax. I watched as a new BMW came out of the wash and they jumped him ahead of me and the two cars behind me. There is no management of which cars go where. I could put up with that problem if my car was actually clean.

Worst place in the world to get your car washed. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Never go here! Stay away!

Platinum wash ($ 25) …didn’t even wipe down dashboard. When asked about shining tires… received attitude instead. Real shame… won’t return. Shame.

Go down the street to one of the gas station washes. Far cheaper and just as good. I left my $ 25 platinum wash with a car that still had dirt on the exterior, dusty dashes and streaks on the glass.

Wash was done very poorly. Very much rushed on drying. Spent $ 20 and was very unimpressed. They did a good job vacuuming but otherwise it was a struggle.

I used to go here regularly years ago, like more than 8 years ago until one particular time I had a roll of nickels in my side door and when I picked up my car, the roll was gone. They vehemently denied taking it. I never went back for more than a year. The next time purposely I left $ 1 in my cup holder. When I went to get the car, I looked and it was gone. I asked the lady that cleaned it out and she said «oh yeah, here you go». Not only can they not be trusted, they do a consistently horrible job of interior clean, and usually soap spots are left on the exterior. The only reason I ever go back is because there are no other places within the vicinity and it’s always a last case basis, which happens about 2x/​yr. If anyone at all opened up another carwash in this area, this place would not be able to stay in business.

Not cheap, but super convenient. The guys always seem like they hate their job which bums me out, but they do good work. I always feel like a dick just sitting there, but alas, here I sit. Easy to grab lunch and get the car cleaned in under an hour.

The wash does a poor job cleaning and when you vehicle comes out it has soap all over it. The interior clean stinks. They didn’t even clean the dashboard. Go somewhere else!!!

I’ve always had good luck here. They aren’t the cheapest, but they’ve always done a good job and if I didn’t like an area they’ve fixed it. I’ve yet to run into someone here that doesn’t speak English as another review said. They get busy, don’t come here if you are in a huge rush.

After driving across country, my car needed a good wash! I came here because of the competitive prices and to get an interior/​exterior clean. I went through the wash and had 2 guys dry and pulled up for vacuuming and wipe down. The first 3 guys paid NO attention to the fact that there were TONS of bug guts still on the car. ALFREDO was the only one to not be satisfied with the result and had me go through the wash again after he sprayed a solution on it. I returned to his booth and he meticulously cleaned every inch! Hats off to him for doing his job with such integrity! My car is flawless and I have him to thank! I would have given the Car Wash a ⁰⁄₅ stars but Alfredo gets a ⁵⁄₅!

Don’t waste your money. I got the best wash… it was very expensive. When I pulled out I noticed that they didn’t clean the inside windows. I went back and complained. The manager could have cared less. He was indifferent. Then when I got home, I noticed that they didn’t properly clean the wheels. What a waste of money.

After 2 failed experiences with MASpa I decided to give this place a try. I will be back. Three guys detailed my car and it looks great. They did a top notch job. I’m not sure why it is do hard to find a decent car wash place but when you pay $ 30-​$ 40 you have certain expectations. It’s only water and some elbow grease after all.
I was pleasantly surprised. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I will be back.

The highest end wash at the auto wash express is pricey. And the fact that they do not include wheel dressing with their highest magnitude both exterior and interior wash just doesn’t make any sense to me.
The staff is professional and kind. The wash gets out the bugs, the dirt, the grime, and the long lasting dog hairs that often plague my motor vehicles when you have two large active dogs and you go a lot of places with them. Even with cleaning every week, the olé auto inevitably gets dirty once again.
I give the place an A-​Okay because the price/​value equation seems to be a bit high for the services offered. But, they do a nice job.
