2 bedroom 2 bath no garage We moved here after a horrible experience with another unit and we downsized from a 3 bedroom with garage. We first spoke via email and the correspondence was quick. The area on our visit was nice, with shopping ares within the community. Being new there isn’t a crosswalk, sidewalk, or park for families. Hoping they add one within the year. The kitchen is our favorite part. I do a lot of cooking particular food prep being a vegan and it’s hard to find an apartment with a large walk around kitchen. The appliances aren’t the latest but the fridge is a side by side. The floors in kitchen are these beautiful tile slabs that look like wood. Real tiles not laminate. Both bathrooms have a garden tub with one sink. Love that they didn’t go with a smaller in the guest. The guest is missing some drawers but there is a linen closet so it serves double duty. There is a cabinet above the toilet but the top shelf requires a ladder. Bedrooms are very large. The living room has many windows which I love for the spacious feel and light. It comes with mandatory washer and dryer. They are front loading but wish I could keep my own. There is no additional closets for storage, but storage is available on site for additional cost. The building uses an elevator which is a bonus for us. We are in the process of downsizing and going minimal so no storage doesn’t bother us. Favorites: Kitchen, Elevator, Proximity, School Zone, Office agent Katherine, having mailboxes inside the building, and shipments delivered to your door versus being held by office staff. Cons: No garage, parking when the restaurant has specials or Cinco De Mayo, even with an elevator the building is made of wood and drywall so you can still here neighbors if they jump or thump on the ceiling, even with an elevator moving furniture in was diffuse because the common doorways are regular doorways instead of being larger or double doors, and not being able to commute easily on foot or bicycle because there isn’t a sidewalk in the immediate area.
