I needed a printing job done by the end of the week, and Kat, Bobby, and Jordan made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process.
From the beginning, you can tell you’re working with people that 1– know what they are doing and 2– care about your vision and what you’re trying to accomplish. I made a call to discuss options and possibility of turn around. Bobby took the time to explain to me the process, printing options, and timeframes all up front, without pushing me to commit to anything. The next day we sent over design sketches for what we wanted, and received mock ups of the design the same day. The kicker was that I had my own hoodies that I wanted to have them print on, which they said no problem (50% cotton requirement for the type of printing they were doing– DTG, or direct to garment). I showed up with my gear and they did the print job the same day for me (it is possible, but you’ve got to work it out with them. There is a rush fee, but it’s super reasonable). I liked that I could see the printing as it happened, and even feel, see, compare different brands for printing before I placed My order. The free design work (20 min design work maximum, which is VERY generous– thank you!!) is an amazing perk! We submitted a drawing and received EXACTLY what we wanted design wise. (Thanks, Kat!) Wonderful experience, and cool people to boot. I will be back with more swag to have the design printed on (they keep your design work foreverrrrr)

Because of a small production issue, I was able to experience the great customer service that Big Frog offers. The issue was quickly corrected to my complete satisfaction.
