Brixx Wood Fired Pizza

This is a great casual restaurant that we frequent for lunch. They recently updated their menu so instead of ordering our usual hummus, salads or pizza, we both tried the meatball sandwich recommended by our waiter Andrew. This is one of the few local restaurants we’ve found that have this sandwich on the menu and they do a great job. The bread is not too thick and has a good texture. The meatballs are well seasoned and it has the right amount of cheese. We both prefer a bit more tomato sauce on our sandwiches and will ask for additional sauce on the side next time we order. Be sure to ask Andrew to show you a few of his moves when they play a song by the Temptations!

Nice spot with slightly upscale vibe. Nice selection of pizzas and very tasty.
Service has been consistent and attentive.
Only complaint is the drinks tend to be pretty weak but maybe I just have a heavy hand when I pour?

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Good atmosphere, good selection of drinks. I’ve had good pizza here, but what I actually like to get is the arugula and pear salad, and the Brixx stixx. I’ve had several of the starters and the s’mores pizza dessert is something else. Haven’t had anything here I didn’t like!

I went here on Friday for a quick bite and I will say it was good for the money and atmosphere. I ordered the margarita pizza and an Arnold Palmer made with freshly squeezed lemonade. I had to change my order when I received my drink because it had pulp and seeds floating around in my cup and I just couldn’t handle that. I ended up just ordering a Coca-​Cola and honestly a good coke and pizza always makes for a good combination. When my pizza came out it was hot and the crust was a nice chewy crust with a snap. It was not overcooked where the crust felt like a cracker. The flavor of the margarita pizza was good not the best but good. It could have used more basil for me but to some that may be enough.
The atmosphere was a family friendly place with a modern feel. I liked how they had tv’s throughout where I could see the basketball game while sitting at a table and not just at the bar. My server was extremely patient with me by answering any questions I had and getting me anything I asked for. He seemed to have a few tables that had him running around every which way but he handled it well.
If you’re in the area I say stop by and check them out. There is more than just pizza on their menu so they have a little something for everyone. I personally will be going back soon to try other menu items!

I was here Saturday night. They had good beer specials. A variety of beer selections and also a variety of dishes. The prices weren’t bad either. We got a pizza to share and it was only $ 10. The pizza was pretty good and I’m not even a pizza person. It was a good portion. I also had a dish of chicken Alfredo that was $ 12. It was a good portion also, but I wouldn’t recommend it here if you like good Alfredo. I didn’t think it tasted like Alfredo. I also didn’t like the Angel Hair noodles for it. I’m so use to fettuccine Alfredo I guess.

So, funny enough, we ended up here because we THOUGHT we were going to Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza. But that is not this place. I’d already been to the one in Hendersonville but even with that I hadn’t realized the mistake until we got here.
This one, as the with the one in Hendersonville offers a decent «Sit down» experience for Pizza.
I would like to say there is some amazing pizza you just have to try, but I cannot. Maybe some other reviewer can point you in the direction of that pizza.
The location itself is a good size, with great parking so you can get in and out easily and the staff, though a bit on the young side (With the requisite casual disinterest in actually being a server that teenagers have) was prompt.
Overall probably worth a visit, unless you’re looking for Blaze like I was, which is up in Brentwood.

They have a good menu. We tried Caribbean jerk chicken pizza thin crust. Was awesome. However their service is pretty bad. would recommend this place

The location alone is worth the trip to this Brixx. It’s in such a relaxing, quiet, and beautiful setting. When my friend and I ate outside we felt completely at ease. The food is pretty good. Brixx offers a wide (but not overwhelming) selection of pizzas and meals for everyone. The service is nice too. This particular Brixx has a lot of cute, young guys waiting tables and working the door. I’ve never seen a restaurant where the guys outnumber the girls – it’s refreshing.

The restaurant was trendy and clean, our service was good, and the pizza was excellent! I’d highly recommend brixx if you’re hungry for pizza and drinks!

I was looking for a great tasting pizza with tasty craft beer. This place more than filled the bill. I received exceptional service from the bartender. I ordered a wonderful craft beer and ate a pear and arugula salad to start. For my main course, I couldn’t decide between two pizzas so they let me get half and half — BBQ chicken and 4×4. Both were delicious for totally different reasons. To end the meal I had a serving of tiramisu served in a martini glass. It was a wonderful meal overall and I will definitely be back, soon!

Very nice! Clean, nicely lit and not too noisy. Wood fired pizza is the ticket. I also liked the Bruschetta. Try either the sweet Thai chicken or chicken Florentine. They even have a S’more desert pizza. Give it a try.

Even though I’m not big on thinner crust pizza, this pizza was actually really good! Got the traditional american without mushrooms and ate the whole 10 in. Friend got the Hawaiian and said the cilantro made it really good. Overall pretty tasty place, and reasonable price. Nice quite setting when we went. They also had happy hour

We really like Brixx. Kid friendly, Gluten free options. indoor or outdoor seating. Very friendly wait staff. Good location with pretty easy parking. Price does not break the bank.

Our family loves Brixx. It has a great atmosphere and one of the best patios in Franklin. The service is always top-​notch and the food is really great. We love the BBQ Chicken pizza and the Thai Chicken pizza. The hummus trio appetizer is a great start and my husband and I usually split a pizza after that. It’s a great neighborhood restaurant.

Great pizza place to catch up with friends. My favorites are Thai chicken pizza and dessert pizza.

The atmosphere is very clean and the food is good but the remarkable service is what catapults Brixx into the four star category. Every time I’ve been here the service has been consistently friendly and attentive and if you ask for napkins you will get an actual stack of napkins. Not that measly two that most places will bring.
I recommend the root beer because they have Abita on tap, which is hard to come across. It’s nice and crisp with a subtle hint of vanilla.
They have a vegan cheese option, which is basically just daiya shreds, but it’s nice that they have that option for those that steer clear of dairy. Personally, I just get the pizza without cheese at all and it’s still good.
Overall, the food isn’t ridiculously outstanding but it’s good. I have no doubt you’ll consistently have a good experience at Brixx.

Nice patio area and pleasant ambiance inside as well. We had a very warm and genuine server. I ordered the Thai Chicken pizza and it was very good – I liked the wood fired crust, but did wish for just a bit more smokey flavor from it. The toppings were good – not overly sweet and with just a bit of spice. It would have benefited from a little acid to balance it out – a squeeze of lime or some fresh cilantro on top.
Every pizza is served in one small size, which is probably enough to share if you order salads too and aren’t starving. With no other starters or sides, I finished all but 2 slices of my pizza for lunch and the rest made a nice late afternoon snack! Prices are very reasonable – my pizza was $ 11 (before tax/​tip).
