Not a place to go if you have a family of 10(6 adults, 4 kids). Initially we were told there would be a 30 minute wait. After 60 minutes went by we offered to split up and/or sit outside(yes, they were serving outside). At this point they said, great — just a few more minutes. After 90 minutes(and noticing an empty patio), we left and went to Jim and Nick’s Bar B Que. They sat us right away, great food — great service. Guess BWW could rather have beer money than food AND beer money.

The food is terrible. Wings are small and service is poor. So many better choices. Especially in Cool Springs.

I have a coworker who loves wings, and after getting tired of Wild Wing Café he proposed we head to BWWs. We were seated quickly, and the place filled up pretty well for weekday lunch. Food orders came quickly. We started with chili con queso dip, which was yummy by artificial cheese standards. I love nachos! My boneless wings«snack» was a really great portion size with great fries. I liked the fries better than the chicken, but that may have been impacted by my choice of sauce. Service was just okay. Refills were few and far between, so our cups were often empty for a while before we got more water!

Have tried BWW several times for take out, but prior to today had not come in for a sit down… so glad we did. We love their sauces from mild to spicy; the choice of wet or dry(for some flavors) is a nice addition… and you can combine for unique flavors. Great lunch combos, including«sharables,» burgers, sandwiches, salads and more. 30 brews on tap give lots of choices although I would like to see a few truly«local» brews since we have several stellar breweries here in Tennessee.(Like Applebee’s supporting local teams… this would be a great come-on-in for local foodies and brew seekers.) Would also have liked a bit more Mango flavor in the Mango-Habanero. The heat was slow arriving but then really lingered nicely. Thin, crispy chips and a medium salsa helped provide a balance to our lunch, along with potato wedges(a bit overdone) plus carrots & celery with Blue Cheese dip. Surrounded by TVs on every wall showing a bevy of different sports — all-in-all it was a nice lunch on a rainy early autumn day.

Your pretty average bdubs. I mean if you’re looking to get some awesome food I wouldn’t recommend coming here. But if you’re looking to have wings and a beer with your buddies while watching sports then this is the place to go. The staff is pretty friendly they all seem like the actually want to be there working. Its also a really good environment.

If ya love wings… B-Dubs is the place! I’m not naming names, but a well-known wing place nearby has a bad habit of under-cooking their wings… That is not the case at Buffalo Wild Wings. Always perfect, every time!

Wings and Sports! This is our regular lunch spot on Fridays. There are usually 7 to 10 of us and they seem to always want to fit us in as tight as they can. It must be because they get so busy but it’s difficult to eat wings without plenty of room. I’ve found the outdoor tables to be a better option for more room. The servers are very friendly. Our favorite server is Jasmine C. She’s friendly, accurate with our orders, and quick. What more could you ask for? Our drinks were never empty. I’ve tried almost all of the sauces and my favorite is the Honey BBQ. I stay away from the really hot sauces. I prefer the boneless wings over traditional and I usually get them with potato wedges. Both are delicious — so delicious that I look forward to Friday lunches. Although the service is usually great it does sometimes take awhile to get your food especially when they are busy. There are several TVs to catch up on the latest sports. They also have trivia to keep you entertained while you wait on your food.

Great atmospher, delicious food & drinks and friendly service. Weather you want to go for a meal or just drinks and some wings this is the place to go. This is the only place I’ve come across that servers Angry Orchard on tap which I love. You can get an entire pint for same price youve pay some where else except the other place you’d only get a bottle. Just be sure toi avoid local game days because the place will be packed.

Waited 15min for my drink and finally asked who my waiter was. Been here 30min and still no food. Plus it’s way too loud.

WHOAH!!! Sunday 5⁄31 stopped by around 5:30pm to place carry out order a there was a new guy working the counter and answering phones. Another girl next to him closing out her till with a rush of people. Two managers sitting there not doing anything with a line of people waiting to be helped. = POORMANAGEMENT 1st — have a register elsewhere for people to close out their till at 2nd — help out the new guy through the dinner rush instead of just watching

We were staying at the nearby Drury Hotel in Franklin and decided to take a little walk to the BW3. We were served our drinks immediately and waited to order. We sat there for a good half hour waiting to put our orders in and no one ever came back. There were 3 or 4 servers near the door way talking with each other apparently not interested in the customers. It was a weekday and not very busy at all. With our glasses long empty and no help in sight I left a $ 5 on on the table to pay for our drinks and we walked out. Not even a goodbye as we left. So much for southern hospitality I suppose. When we returned to our room we ordered a pizza from Papa Johns and it was there fast and hot and very good. I suggest giving them a try instead.

A great place with friendly staff and fantastic food. I’d rate it higher, but I’m not too overly fond of how loud it can get. If you have bad anxiety, I would not recommend going here to eat if you’re going during main lunch or dinner hours; «off» hours are your friend. I would definitely eat here again. Heck, I think I might just go tonight.

It’s pretty frustrating when I order to go food three hours ahead to be ready for me to pick up at 6:40 and wind up having to wait 25 minutes to get it and go home. Had I known that it would take that long beyond my requested pick up time to get my food, I would’ve simply asked my wife to meet me and gotten a table.

Ordered 80 wings on NYE for a party. The restaurant was not busy except for the take-out section which had about 8 people in line. As we walked in, a guy sitting said«you may want to get your wings somewhere else». There was literally one person doing all of these to go orders while others servers and even managers were not busy. After waiting 10 minutes without one person in line being helped, we decided to leave and pick up some wings at Publix. Funny enough we ran into one of the guys that was in line with us doing the same thing. Anyways, the most disappointing thing is that we’ve been going to other Buffalo Wild Wings for years and were excited to be so close when we moved to Franklin, but after 2 out of three visits being terrible, we will not be back.

If you are looking for a causal and chill place to go to catch your favorite team on game day, then I would recommend BWW for sure. They have TONS of TVs, lots of beer choices, and a full bar. The wings are really good, and the money spent is well worth the food received. The price point is average… not pricey at all. November has Stella as their beer of the month, so my husband and I have gone for the past two weekends. We like the trivia game there as well. It is a little loud with all of the fans cheering for their favorite teams, so be ready for the noise. The service is not bad, but I think they could improve staffing situations when the majority of the football games are on those days That is when the restaurant and bar is the busiest with customers. The Parmesan Garlic wings are my favorite. They sound a little different, but you much try them. Finger licking good!

I frequent this BWW location for company lunches and my annual fantasy football draft. For the most part this BWW location has always been a pleasant experience. Everything from the food to the service. The wings are pretty good, as well as other dishes they serve. The buffalo chicken wrap is really good too. However for some things the price is a bit too high for what they are. BWW has a great atmosphere if you are a sports fan and playing trivia while you eat can be cool at times too. However being that it has the whole sports bar setup it can get loud. PROS –Tasty wings –Great sports atmosphere –TVs everywhere –Trivia –The Blazin Hot Wing Challenge CONS –Can get loud –Some things are too pricey

What I liked: 1. The wing sauces are always delicious– too bad the wings were cold! What I didn’t like: 1. The Service– This was some of the worst service I’ve ever had! We got our waters(not even drinks from the bar), after our meal. The staff was clearly all high school kids working their summer jobs. Clearly, they lacked experience and training. 2. Food– At almost $ 1/“wing” I expect some tasty food. Our wings were cold and soggy and then we were charged for each little sauce we requested. THey also forgot the veggies! Verdict: Pass. I’d rather watch the game from home.

I’ve been to my share of BWW but this one is by far the worst. Customer service was horrible! I’m pretty sure our waiter forgot about us cause once seated she didn’t return for at least 20 mins and I had to flag her down damn near had to tackle her! Our food arrived cold not luke warm but cold as if it had been sitting for some time and overall im just disappointed cause BWW usually gets it right but not this location… Not eager to return…

Bummer. This place is struggling to obtain reasonable quality in terms of food, ambience, and service. I should give it a one star. The place was dead when we arrived. I only point this out because this should indicate that food would need to be freshly cooked. Our wings were cold and dabbed with clumps of sauce. This presentation is not even close to wings being freshly fried served up hot spun in sauce. The wings were so cold, the sauce was clumped in spots and not melting. The Buffalo Chips(thick cut potato slices) were cold and mushy. Again, not freshly cooked. The carrots were dehydrated and covered in white oxidization. The celery was cold, hydrated, and crisp. They were really promoting their«March Madness» events so we were hoping to enjoy the games with all the hype. From my seating position, there were 13 screens. Only one small screen had the basketball game showing. The other screens ranged from hockey to bowling. The biggest screen in my view as bowling. I asked for a screen change so they added another smaller screen to the basketball showing. Oh well, nice try. I won’t even discuss the poor service from the serve to the manager. It’s not worth the trouble to document it. We ate our lame food and paid the inflated cost and ran home as quick as possible in order not to miss any more of the game. Sadly, I will think that in the future that this BWW won’t be on my list of places to go.
