Build-A-Bear Workshop

Working here cannot be an easy job. I took 2 little ones here on a Friday night and there were several little ones running crazy in Build-​A-​Bear. We picked out our animals and the staff couldn’t be been sweeter to me and more importantly, the kids. They truly made the children feel special and make the whole experience memorable.

My 3 year old daughter and I were in for her annual birthday present. As is the norm for us, her first bear, G Bear, was with us. While stuffing her newest lovey the clerk mentioned that she could restuff G Bear at no charge. We agreed and she, the clerk, carefully talked my daughter thru all that she was doing allowing, my daughter, to hold G Bear’s heart and stepping on the peddle yet again for stuffing. As the clerk was resewing G Bear’s seam she showed my daughter all that she was doing and kept her safe from being stuck. As we were checking out one of the other clerks gave me a ribbon to tie the cardboard box to our stroller. I am very pleased with out visit today and will definitely be a continued faithful customer.

My daughter loves going to Build a Bear. She has too many of those stuffed animals!
