This place is the definition of disgusting and terrible in every sense of the word! From the classless double-entendre CUPS posters littering the wall equating ice Cream to sex. To the terrible management equating garbage to food. Everything about this place is just awful. The quality since reopening is a testament to a divine force somehow keeping this place in business. Management is nasty. Employees are«special». Food is a cross between stale and putrid. It’s amazing how a fast food restaurant, that gets it’s food and products from the same locations as all the others, can turn what should be an assembly line procedure/product into a mess in every sense of the word. I know for a fact employees are treated terribly by management and I can personally attest to the other reviewer’s mention of «Sam» as being uncaring and uncooperative. This could not be more accurate. Ask locals what they think and the answer is unanimous. It’s an unfortunate miracle this place exists!

I am very disatisfied with the service that I receive every time that I go to this Burger King. Ever since they opened during the summer, the service is horrible and the manager, Sam, doesn’t seem to care about what happens with the orders. He is full of s**t on getting better staff in the restaurant. I am not getting any help when I go there and also was referred to an email address and a phone number that went right to voice mail. I was told by this guy Sam that he felt bad that I have a bad experience every time that I go there. He doesn’t care. I need to escalate this to Burger King management. I would like to know if others who have frequented this Burger King in Franklin have the same sentiment as me.

Cold burgers not very good they don’t honor coupons They need some work to many young people working there that don’t care
