We have been to Ciao many times and always have a good experience. It’s very reasonable too, there aren’t too many casual places where a party of 4 can get out the door for around $ 100 bucks including wine. The nice little free appetizer they give is very tasty. There’s generally a nice mix of traditional and creative specials. The atmosphere is also very relaxed and pleasant. See you again soon Ciao Pasta!

Expensive for such little portions and we left still hungry. Your paying for the atmosphere

There aren’t many restaurants in the Franklin area, and we were in from out of town and Ciao Pasta was recommended to us… it was not that good. I had eggplant parm and it was just WAY over-fried – super crunchy outside layer and VERY chewy on the inside. Just nothing great.

Perfect place for a starved Tanger outlet shopper. It’s super adorable and the service is great. The bruschetta they start you off with is one of the best I’ve had(crunchy but soft and perfectly seasoned). I love their make your own pasta menu, although the specials looked so good it was really hard to choose. The desserts are so tempting we ordered 2(considered 3), even though we were stuffed :/In hindsight they sounded better than they tasted although maybe we were just too full.

Love both locations — the original in downtown Franklin and their new one in Tilton. Staff is always friendly — food is always great. We love the bruschetta — it’s very garlicky — but whenever I have another I compare and feel it’s not as good as Ciao’s! The Fra Diavlo sauce has good spice; have had salmon and lobster pasta dishes that were all amazing and we love to get dessert here, as well. We have a toddler and they’re always happy to see us and accommodate. Highly recommended.

Small but delicious! Salads were fresh and delicious… I had the garlic spinach tortellini with the spicy sausage. So goooooood! And the spicy sausage was actually spicy. Our waitress Stephanie was great!

We have visited every restaurant in the area that we can find on our weekly date nights. This is one of the very best for good food, reasonable prices and fantastic service. Never had anything but an excellent meal. It’s not an in an area you would expect to find such a restaurant but there it is.

The best place in Franklin/Tilton area. Eat here regularly and love having Cajun salmon on fettucine alfredo. Service is good. Atmosphere is cozy. And the free bruschetta is great!

Our neighbors introduced this place to us, and we ABSOLUTELYLOVEIT! The food is so fresh and pasta made to order… We’ve gone back several times now and each time we’re greeted with a friendly smile and politeness. The servers /bartender are all so friendly. One of the best pasta places I’ve EVER been to! Hard to believe an amazing place like this is located in Franklin!

Small but quaint Italian Restaurant in downtown Franklin. You pick and mix and match your pasta, sauce, meat and veggies. The food is always fresh and well done. They also have a full bar. From Wednesdays through the weekend it is usually full. But even when they are very busy, you never wait long to get in or receive your food. This is a family run business and they are especially accommodating to their patrons. The wait staff runs like a well oiled machine. Try it — you won’t be disappointed.

The concept behind the menu is «mix and match», you pick the pasta, sauce and accompaniments… they put it together and serve. Good place to eat…
