The ladies who work here are very nice! I went to see them for treating my acne. They had lots of options available for treatment and within a few months my skin was totally cleared up! I have never had completely clear skin, so I’m happy I got treatment for it. All and all everyone here was very respectful and helpful and I’ll be coming back for more treatments in the future!

Went to get some redness of my face looked at. Georgianne was great. Understood my problem. Knew the right products to use on my face. Was quite helpful. I will be back for more!

Absolutely love CMG Family Wellness Center. The staff is amazing. They are not only knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful, but also extremely friendly. They make sure they explain everything fully so that you know what you are getting and what to expect. I have only used the spa services, but would without a doubt use all other services as well. Next on my list is the new Coolsculpting treatment they have. Can’t wait!!!

What a great place. I have seen all three nurse practioners in this practice and they all seem to really care for their patients. They took time to listen to all my concerns and I wasn’t in a room waiting forever to see someone. They have a medical spa upstairs that I plan to take full advantage of. You can get a massage, facials, chemical peels and all sorts of skincare treatments. They have a new Cool Sculpting machine that eliminates fat cells without surgery… where do I sign up. I can’t wait to take advantage of the upstairs.

I live in Franklin, but my doctor is in Indianapolis. I didn’t have insurance at the time, & I know my doctor charges $ 85 for an office visit, so I called CMG here & was told an office visit was $ 71, so I figured I’d save gas & money by going here. I made an appointment & explained I had no insurance. I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner who gave me a 5-minute exam & wrote me a prescription for some antibiotics. I paid them $ 71 in cash before I left. Then, 3 months later, I get a bill saying I owe them an additional $ 31. I called & asked why, & was told that my treatment had warranted«a level 2 amount of care». They ran no tests, & did nothing except shine a light in my eyes, ears & mouth, & write the prescription. I asked what warranted a «level 2» charge of $ 31, & never got a straight answer, so I went there in person today, & got a big runaround(I was told«this is explained to all patients when they come in». That’s a lie… it was NEVER«explained» to me, otherwise I wouldn’t have taken that chance). I asked for an itemized bill, & got a piece of paper that simply says I owe another $ 31 with no real explanation as to what warranted that extra charge. To top it off, I believe I was misdiagnosed in the first place because the antibiotics did no good & it took 6 weeks for my infection to clear up(just as it would have if left untreated). I am refusing to pay these people another cent, & I advise everyone not to go here, because it is quite a scam & a rip-off, in my opinion. UPDATE: After contacting various agencies and such, I didn’t get any help, and got a letter from a collection agency for $ 31. So, I decided I should pay it. I took $ 31 cash to their office and gave it to them… 3,100 pennies in a box, loose.
