I called Chris based on the recommendations here on Unilocal and I have to say the recommendations were right on.
He picked up the computer from me and promptly returned my calls and gave me a recommendation. Although we wasn’t Lazarus, (he couldn’t raise my motherboard from the dead), he refused to charge me for his time.
I’ll be using him again in the future.

Chris was absolutely amazing!!! He fixed the problem that two other IT guys couldn’t seemed to do previously. He was very helpful and just a pleasure to work with!!! He even charged less than the other two guys! I will only call communications innovations for anything in the future! I highly recommend you call them first! Save yourself the trouble!!!

CCI is a life saver for our company in NYC. Chris helped our office go from the stone age to the digital age! (We were REALLY behind the times) He implemented a new system that saves us money and hassle. He updated our computers, increased our internet speed, and saved us from catastrophic loss by backing up our server. He is knowledgeable and reliable.
CCI is who we call for a range of problems, and Chris never makes us feel stupid or annoying. Honestly, without him, we’d be screwed. His rates are fair and upfront, and he really goes through great effort to save us money whenever possible without sacrificing efficiency. He is so cool.
CCI is the way to go.

Chris was courteous, responsive, punctual, communicative and an overall nice guy! He picked up and delivered our computer at no charge. He worked hard to save our computer, but it needed more help than it was worth to put into it.
If you need someone to help you with your computer, don’t hesitate to call Chris. He will be upfront about his pricing and follow thru on his promises!
