I am very pleased with the outcome of my 21,500 mile service. I had a screw in my tire when I arrived. The tires were so worn that patching was not an option and the tires needed to all be replaced. The gentleman assisting me took the initiative and located a set of ‘pull off’ tires in stock with roughly 100 miles of wear. He offered them to me at a discount, which was very much appreciated since this was an unplanned expense for me. I normally purchase all of my tires at COSTCO because tire rotation is free for the life of the tires. This was offered by the gentleman helping me and pushed me over the fence to make the purchase on the spot. Between the excellent service and not over paying for tires and service made my visit a very positive experience. I will recommend this dealership to all that ask.

Again I had to ask the service advisor«Will» not to lay anything on my hood and Wright on it. WTF is wrong with service and common understanding of respect to the customer and their vehicles. Plus I must say old Mr. DW needs to put in a top of the line car wash put your money where your mouth is «Free Car Wash» lip service. It’s too cold or it is broken or? I’ll never buy another car from this dealership ever again! Period

I’ve never had a worse customer service experience than the one I had with Darrell Waltrip Volvo. I usually just take my car to Firestone, but when I had frequent stalling and engine failure whenever my car was in idle, I decided it would be best to let a dealer handle it. Darrell Waltrip had my car from Sunday night to Thursday morning. For the first three days, I had to call the shop myself to try and get updates on my car. Every call was met with a vague answer, always along the lines of «we’re still not sure». On Wednesday, they never even answered their phone. So, I decided to go over to the shop myself to see if I couldn’t personally check on my car. I found the garage closed up for the night, and my car left unlocked with the hood up in an unprotected, open lot. I managed to find one mechanic who was still around, who was nice enough to pull the car into the garage for me, so it was at least protected from vandalism and rain. I couldn’t believe that anyone would ever think it was acceptable to leave a car like that overnight! It made me wonder how it had been left the first few nights. Thursday morning, I tried to call the supervisor to voice my concerns, and he never answered(tried calling three times throughout the day, left one voicemail that was never answered). Tried calling the shop to tell them I was just going to come get my car, and they didn’t answer. Finally had to tell the operator that I was towing my car within the hour and they needed to have it ready for me. When I finally got my car away from them, I took it to Wurster’s Foreign Car Service in Franklin, and I can’t recommend these guys enough! My car was dropped off to them at 5PM Thursday night, right before they closed. 8AM Friday morning, they called to tell me they had found the issue, which turned out to be the mass airflow sensor. For those unfamiliar with the mass airflow sensor, it’s an extremely easy-to-find issue that I’ve dealt with in the past. The only diagnostic required to find it involves reading a code on the car’s computer. I don’t know how a bunch of supposed Volvo experts didn’t try this first thing. What were they even doing for all those days! Needless to say that I’ll never be going back. The lack of knowledge and communication, combined with how they left my car unprotected overnight, was more than enough to force me to go elsewhere.

Oil change and small warranty repair. I got there early, like 6:45 and was out in about an hour. very pleased with customer service techs.
