I felt compelled to repost. I feel it’s legitimate to do so since I called them back to make good on a bad cleaning job in the kitchen and they still left cabinets untouched. Who does that? For those that think I have a motive, look at my pictures. I should have taken some of the blond hairs I pulled off my shower head in on bathroom and the jetted tub in the master (we are a family of brunettes). My motive is honesty with my experience. I didn’t get what I paid for. Perhaps my standards exceed everyone else’s here, perhaps they had TWO BAD days… Who knows why they didn’t preform well at my house despite a second opportunity. The fact remains they didn’t. As a result of their failure in some areas of my house I couldn’t trust the «cleanliness» in other areas and had to clean the entire house again. Oh! They also left nasty rags behind in my basement– UNPROFESSIONAL at best.

I had them out to do a deep clean of our house. We keep the house clean, but have been busy lately so are behind on dusting and all the «little details».
The 2 person team (the owner and her husband maybe?) did a great job. They were very polite and friendly. They did a fantastic job on the bathrooms — our shower doors have never looked so clean.
I really liked their attention to detail. For example — she noticed that one of our return air registers (up by the ceiling) was a bit dusty and made sure it was swept clean.
They even took the trash from the trash cans with them when they left!

Awesome work. My house wasn’t filthy, but it really needed a good going over. I called E&D based on the web reviews, and I was not disappointed at all. The house felt CLEAN. Even cleaner than the day I bought it. Even cleaner than the time we got it detailed after a major remodel.
The team started at the top and worked their way down. Nothing was over looked and I felt like it was money well spent.
I got clean but I’m not a cleaner…
Spring cleaning this year was the best ever. The house got 100% clean and I didn’t have to take a weekend to do it.
I will definitely have them back.
