Bought used RAM 1500 truck supposedly with all known defects disclosed– developed a rattle the day after purchased, and it turns out it needs $ 2000 of repairs. This was after the usual, dishonest salesman blather and runaround on pricing, and «dealer fees», and having to wait 90 minutes after we agreed on price to get the paperwork done (in an all cash deal)!

I purchased a used vehicle from Ewald a few months ago and have been extremely pleased with both the condition of the car, and the outstanding customer service I continue to receive. The entire team was/​is helpful and accommodating, but a special shout-​out to Andy Petty for the extra help he’s provided throughout the entire process. HIGHLY recommend this dealership for both purchasing & servicing needs!

Earlier I gave this dealership one star. Stopped in this morning for service work. Asked to talk to the general manager, Mr. Mirza. Told him what problem I had with the dealership. Problem was taken care of in 2 hours. Also very happy with the service adviser, James.

Wow what a great team. I bought an Airstream Trailer from them. Paul and your team of techs deserve a raise. Tell Mr Ewald I said so. Nice touch for him to come by and congratulate us as well.
Really anybody with Airstream needs please check them out.

Brandon G. Was working in the service department I needed a new wheel and tire. He got me a great price and was extremely friendly. Great guy.

In spring 2013 I bought a brand new Durango from this dealer. Ever since I have had several problems with the car which is of course not the dealer’s fault. But what is the dealer’s fault is the sub-​par level of customer service I experience each time I take my vehicle in for service. Their service hours are limited and inconvenient for working people. Their shuttle stops running at 3PM which also makes no sense for working people. Their waiting room is dingy, dirty and has no free WIFI. Never once when I have taken my car in for service have they ever washed it before returning it to me. The excuse my service rep gives me is that the «owner won’t fix the car wash and it has been broken for over 2 years». I will never buy another car from this dealership. I plan to go to schlossmann dodge moving forward where they have a nicer facility and hand wash and dry your car every time it comes in, even for an oil change!

Horrible experience. Took our van in for the 80 000 mile tune up; when my wife got the van back one of the tires was low on air (they were to rotate the tires); the battery shut down; we had to jump the car that night; and one of the sliding doors no longer opened. I called to have them come pick up our van; on the day they were supposed to get it they never showed up. I have since called 3x to the service manager who as of yet has not responded. We spent $ 800 on this experience and HAD been a customer for 6 years. What a terrible experience. Take your car elsewhere; you’ll have a better experience

Service department is rude they act like you don’t know what’s wrong with your car. You try and explain what is wrong and they tell you «no that can’t happen». If there’s one thing I’ve learned with working on cars is that anything can happen.
Follow up: I called the service manager of the dealership he did not answer so I lest a voicemail. Have not heard anything from the dealership.

We did not purchase the vehicle we test drove. The sales lady they sent out to us after 30 plus minutes looking at the same Jeep, was nice but had no clue what she was doing or talking about. We test drove and loved a Jeep Rubicon. We went in to do the paperwork and hopefully drive home with it. Nope! The sales manager treated us like we were not worth his time. Very rude and demeaning toward myself and my husband! I will tell everyone I know, work with and family, never to go to this location. Maybe it was just the B team crew working on a holiday weekend, but my husband and I left there feeling like Pretty Woman when she gets kicked out of the clothing store!

My husband and I just got a used 2011 Hyundai Sonata, which we love! We were looking at three cars. One was sold before we got there unfortunately, the other two they brought in from their other locations for us to test drive, which was very helpful and convenient. One of the vehicles seemed to be priced high for it’s condition but the car we got looks almost brand new! The salesman that helped us was very nice, helpful, and friendly, but not as together and organized as I would have hoped and expected from a dealership like this — however, I’ve never bought a car from a dealership before. There was a $ 200 fee they say absolutely everyone has to pay but of course they don’t tell you that until you’re basically checking out. Overall a good experience.

I could write about how wonderful it was to get my new car or how great the sales people and others were during my reception of the vehicle. I could even write about how they help everyone I send their way, but those are things I think matter to most dealerships and they put up a great front when they want that first sale.
What I am going to write is about the follow up and continuing excellence. My new car has been wonderful, but the used car we got just weeks later has had issues, but there has been never a problem in calling then, getting things taken care of quickly, or getting the conveniences we needed in an inconvenient time. It is this after care that makes Ewald the best place to go, so my recommendations…

I just bought a new Jeep Wrangler from Mat Olberlander, and it was really a great experience. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling, and it was a relief to not be subjected to any high-​pressure sales tactics. When I came to pick up the vehicle, the paperwork was ready to go and the vehicle was prepped beautifully. I will definitely be returning to Ewald to buy my next Jeep from Mat.
