This is a locally owned aquarium shop so it is a given that you are completely better off buying here than at a chain like petco or petsmart.
I consider myself an expert hobbyist. Just to get an idea of the expertise of the staff at any store I visit I often ask questions to which I already know the answer. I’m happy to say that the responses I received to my queries where adequate.
The selection here is not largest in the area but it is decent. I’m not into saltwater but the store seems to have an above average ratio of saltwater compared to freshwater. The fish I have purchased here have proven to be healthy and have thrived well after transport home.
Dry goods and supplies are average price for a local shop. This really means they are slightly higher than what you would pay online or at a chain but keep in mind you won’t get the advice at a chain that you can get here.
Overall, I’d say this is the best place to shop for fish or aquarium supplies in Williamson county.
