I’ve been attending classes 2 – 3 days per week for the last 6 months. No frills and no nonsense. The vibe is very positive and supportive. Mostly free weights, rowers, and heavy sleds which need pushing. If you want to chat up Lulu Lemon wearing divorcees, keep looking. If you want treadmills with TV screens, move on. Need mirrors? Not here. If you want to sweat, do push ups on a dirty floor, and feel great afterward, this might be your place.
