Fred Astaire Dance Studio Franklin MA

Taking dance lessons brought my now-​husband and I closer together during the wedding planning process. It was the «thing» each week that we looked forward to and had a lot of fun with it. Amanda and the whole staff at FADS were amazing. They were very knowledgeable and you could truly see and feel their love for dance. We weren’t given a choreographed dance which we loved and appreciated. They taught us many dance steps and showed us how to put them together. It was less stress for us to just dance and show off what we learned rather than remembering the order of the steps.
Amanda gave us a lot of confidence for our dance and brought out our personalities. On top of our lessons, we also attended dance parties (included in our package) that was a nice way to practice in a dance setting. We are so happy that we decided to take lessons; especially because Fred Astaire Franklin made the whole process really fun!
We loved our dance and still find ourselves doing it (and perfectly!) when our song comes on. We look forward in the future to going back and joining the fun. Thank you to Amanda and the rest of the staff at Fred Astaire Franklin. They are really some of the nicest and friendliest people you’ll ever meet and made us feel apart of the dance family!

Great location, staff, and clientele… Right off of the highway in the Franklin Village shopping center. Instructors are very friendly and helpful (especially for a beginner like me!) and know a wide range of dances. They also offer social nights where you can meet and mingle with some of the other (fantastic) students (all ages and levels of expertise). Who knows how long the offers will last but Unilocal and Groupon have some great introductory options for anyone thinking about giving it a shot.
