If I could post –1 stars I would! I mistakenly brought my 13 year old son and his friend here and didn’t look around enough before paying. I kid you not the bumper car area is as big as a 1 car garage. They basically only had room to spin in circles. :-(the blow up slide reminds me of the smaller version of what you can rent for your back yard. They only have 10 arcade games. Everyone including the parent has to pay to play. The food is not even up to par with Chuck E Cheese. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand the staff is rude. My best advice is keep your coins in your pocket.

Title fits the place, nothing worked and service was horrendous. Was not happy with the place, thank goodness we only spent 8 dollars on a groupon because that was all that it was worth. Mini bowling didn’t work, laser maze wasn’t fun, games were pricey and half of them didn’t work… Avoid avoid avoid!

The place is fun enough for the kids. It’s a big suite in a strip center with video games, laser tag, etc. It’s fairly clean. The facility itself is nothing special though. The food is terrible. I’m pretty sure I had better cheeseburgers from the school cafeteria as a kid. It was among the worst I’ve ever tried to eat. The staff is nice. I’ve never really had any bad experiences with them… mostly teenagers. They have all been courteous and respectful. On the whole I would say I’m pretty indifferent to the place. If the weather is nasty and the bowling alley is too packed, it’s an ok backup plan.

Not good on so many levels. Food awful. People not great. Rides/attractions tired and over-priced. It’s a half-baked attempt at a kids event place. Skip it.

The place is clean for the most part, but the owner and staff are rude and lazy. There were several games that didn’t work, and they would not get off their butts to check. We were the only ones in the place, and they were doing nothing to help. I dropped 80 bucks, and they could not unclog the tickets, which takes all of three minutes? The owner(gentleman) just is very condescending to kids and adults. I do not like the way he speaks to customers. Will not be back.

Terrible management! We never made it through the front door. When I tried to go inside with my family a manager rudely stepped out to inform me that they weren’t open yet and closed the door in my face. We didn’t bother spend our $ at a place with rude workers. Happy this led me to Monkey Joes!!! They get my business regularly. I would never return to Goofballs.

This place is terrible. The manager was very rude to me and my children for no reason and I saw this happen with several other costumers as well. Other than him, the other staff are all very nice and helpful. All of the games are dirty and looked like they had never been cleaned. I did like the blow up slides and jungle gym and there was a good selection of prizes. However, overall I thought the place was overpriced, especially since there is a cover charge to even get in. I would so much rather go to the Chuck E Cheese a couple minutes away than go back here.

I wrote this draft a year ago: It’s no Chuck E. Cheese, but it local and FUN! Since then we have been there a half a dozen times and had a nice time but have observed some bizarre behavior by the man behind the counter. All the teenagers are always respectful and nice. Then we went yesterday… Update: my wife went in yesterday for my daughters 9th and had a really bad experience with the manager. He was rude and condescending. I am bummed because I would rather frequent a local place like this than a chain. As my wife explained what happened, I have seen his behavior towards other women before and it jived with what I’ve seen. The kids had fun but it’ll be hard to get my wife back there, I don’t really understand the guys issue and that’s the wrong role for him.

Clean decent restaurant for kids and families. The pizza is surprisingly good and reasonably priced. The slides are awesome and fun to go down with your child.(I went down one with my 20 month old and landed on my butt because the slide was so fast, the floor is soft and padded so no problems there. My son was giggling and screaming weee all the way down the sides). Kids under 2 get in free. Less expensive that Chuck E Cheese and I think for fun. The only thing it doesn’t have is the check in and check out with the hand stamp that Chuck E Cheese does. They do not verify that your leaving with«Your» child like they do so less security.
