Terrible experience! Took in a shoe because the zipper kept splitting open from the bottom when worn. I explained this to him and he seem to understand. I have no idea what he did to my shoe, because it’s still broken.

Do NOT go here. I brought in my favorite Zanotti heels (+$ 600) for new taps and soles and they are RUINED! The metal heel looks like it was gnawed on by a rabbit and the sole is also scratched up — they were in pristine condition prior to dropping them off. To make matters worse the heel tap doesn’t even fit so he ruined my shoes AND didn’t fix the problem. TERRIBLE

I brought my nearly brand new shoes in to get stretched a little because it was bit tight fitting on top of my foot.
My shoes looked NOTHING like they did when I dropped them off. It was clear that they tried to stretch the shoes, but in doing so, they completely ruined them. On top of this, the owner barely spoke English and was extremely rude when I asked if anything could be done to at least make the shoes look better.
NEVER going here again. Waste of time and money.
