I moved here recently from the Cincinnati area, and was a Starbucks addict. Well, there is not a Starbucks drive thru anywhere near Franklin, so I have been forced to choose between Honey Dew and DD. Well, DD is the breakfast equivalent of MCDs to me, so I chose to go to Honey Dew first. The location to my home is great, and you can’t beat a close drive thru, so I was actually excited to try it. I go through the drive thru and order a simple latte, got to the window, she took my card, then gave me change back??? «Sorry ma’am, the latte machine is broken». SO… 1.) Why did you charge my card and give me cash back!!! and 2.) Your latte’s come straight from a machine? No thanks. I would rather go to DD. Honey Dew will never get my business again.
