two people behind counter — one new girl learning the ropes — I thought after reading reviews the service might be terrible — the gentleman behind the register and making drinks was fantastic — while he was making a drink — he acknowledged me at the register while making drinks — and while still making drinks — asked me if I had questions about any of the drinks — which I did — and he answered them spot on while still making drinks — than continued to make drinks while instructed new hire how to make my drink — true multi-tasker — a real pro :) — - oh and the drink was just as he described — I highly recommended the lemon ginger green smoothie.

I come to this Jamba Juice almost every day and get the Apple n Greens smoothie. Sometimes I get an oatmeal when they do it for $ 2 on Wednesdays. Alyssa is so awesome and happy in the mornings and is super quick making my stuff. My friends and I hit this store on the weekend nights sometimes for a treat smoothie instead of our usual ice cream. Great spot!

The juices are perfect, but the service is horrible! And when the service to any place is horrible in my standards, I’d likely not come back even if the product is great. When I got to the order counter, I had to wait for service…(The place was not even busy). When someone finally came to the register to help me… Another employee was talking to her. She told me my total, I handed my card and she just walked away(as if she was to do the drinks I ordered)… I had to ask for my receipt. We sat and waited. Two groups ordered after us. After realizing the two groups got their orders… I was wondering about ours… When my husband and I were talking about the situation, another server asked us what we ordered…(Yup, they did not even start making our orders). Only after he asked us, and waiting a little longer, is when we got our juices. A different server gave us our drinks… And I let her have a piece of my mind(ensuring her I was not upset with her, but with their whole system, and the original server who served us). As visitors of this city, we were frustrated, and we are definitely NOT coming back. I hope they improve their service.

Not sure how you can mess up smoothies but this place figured it out. Ordered two smoothies on a Saturday afternoon with only one customer behind me and no orders waiting to be made. With 4 people working you would think you would get a smoothie pretty fast. Nope, management at this store is terrible. Finally got both smoothies 15 minutes after original order. They only had one person filling orders, one was at the register, one was wrting on a black board and the other was in back doing only knows what. You could tell the poor girl filling orders was new and had no idea what she was doing. You would think the management on duty would come off the register and help out. Never happened. All in all, taste was great. But waiting 15 minutes for 2 smoothies is unacceptable when you have 4 people working.
