Kwik Kopy Printing of Cool Springs

Ordered marketing for my business and very slow turn around with graphic designers. Way off from what I wanted. No final proof and printing job looked like I printed them at home. I did contact company regarding the sloppy work and they didn’t offer anything other than a discount on a future order. I needed the current order fixed! Im sure it was a small order and didn’t matter to them but not a professional way to do business. Won’t be a future order.

I am sad to change my original review. While the staff is very friendly, our order was messed up not once, not twice, but three times, taking over 3-​weeks to print what should have taken 3 – 5 days.
We ordered a second set of simple business cards, only changing the name, title, and phone number from a file they already had printed for us before. The first time the color was wrong, even though I had asked them to make sure they matched the original card design on file. The second time, they printed it on cheap, thin paper, even after I drove to their store again and left several samples of the old business card and said «replicate what you did before exactly minus the new name on the card.» Then when I thought we had finally resolved any possible issue, the final product we received had gloss on the front and back, when we had very clearly asked for it only to be on the front. I am sad to report this, as I am a huge advocate of supporting local businesses. But if you are looking to print business cards, I suggest you go somewhere else :(

Had a bad experience with a printing job but after my initial review they corrected the situation giving me a more than acceptable product of the same quality as the last printer I used but at a better price.
