Seth is amazing! He is passionate about what he does and it shows. He explains everything he’s doing and how I’d be able to achieve some things on my own. I’ve gone to other stylist but he is the best!

Lisa is AMAZING! I went in and chopped my hair off and she gave me the coolest cut and color I have ever had. She is funny and a joy to be around. I have been going to lequipe for ten years on and off. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure I a happy client. Love it here

This place is like no other salon! Cuts and hair style’s are phenomenal. Hair styles for all occassions. Hair colors are amazing with the perfect hi’s and low’s. Stephen’s team is professional and up to date on all styles and coloring methods. This Salon offers hair products such as Oribe and Davine. These products are for all hair types and are truly the best!. The team consists of Stephan, Seth, Tom, Maggie, Lisa and many more… This salon is truly a 5 star salon. Its like going to Newbury street in Boston but its right here in Franklin.

I am relatively new to the Franklin area and had a terrible experience at another local salon. I finally bit the bullet and decided to give L’Equipe a try instead of driving into Boston. I am so very glad I gave the salon a chance. Stephen, the owner, is amazing. I noticed the other stylists working on their clients and they were just as great! I will definitely be going back to Stephen! From his assistant to the lovely woman at the reception desk — everyone was great.
I love my hair now and couldn’t be happier with the result.

Have been going for several years and have made many recommendations to friends.
Maggie has cut my hair and my daughter’s (age 5), and she is always meticulous and attentive.
She always manages to take a request and make it happen, rather than re-​imagining or forcing a style on me. She is also honest about what would work with our hair, helping us get the best cut.
I’ve also had excellent cuts from Steve (owner) and Deb. Nicest people and true professionals.

This is my second time going to L’equipe. The first time was fine. Tom did a nice job with the color although it did start fading a few days after my appointment. Still I wanted to end my search for a stylist so I went back. My second appointment was very disappointing. I was only getting color. Tom put the color on my hair and then disappeared for a while. Another stylist noticed my timer had gone off so she took care of getting me over to the sink were two other people assisted me. One of them didn’t even say hello, just started washing my hair. Fine — not a huge deal. But while still at the sink she asked if I was going to put product in my hair and dry it. Ah, «yes.» Surely she didn’t think I was going to go from the sink out the door with dripping wet hair. BUT that is what she meant. She took me over to a chair and put some product in my hair and then said. «Here are the combs, and hair dryer, you can use more product if you want.» And then left!!! Tom was now working on another client next to me so I expected him to say, hold on, I’ll get someone to help you. But he didn’t. So I sat there, combed my hair, put more product on and then dried it.
On my way out I made a comment to the receptionist who said: «OH well there is different pricing, if you want us to dry your hair their is a charge for that.» REALLY? I do not expect a blow out or styling. I do expect service and customer service and that means at least combing the knots out and running the dryer through it so it isn’t dripping wet. Even a towel dry would be better than what I got. This is not an inexpensive salon and there is no excuse.
I have NEVER in my 30 something years been so disappointed with a salon.

I love everything about this place. walking in the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful when chitchatting about types of coloring.
i had a short wait for my appointment with debbie, a senior stylist. after meeting her she shampooed me and asked if i wanted anything and they had some serious beverage options. i had a terrible haircut that i wanted to get fixed, she was very knowledeable about styles and cuts and fixed my layers without taking more length off. i have a sensitive crown on my head and not once did she hurt me after i told her (usually stylists are yanking on my hair or digging their brushes in).
after my cut she showed me a few options of things i can do at home with the products i already use and reccomended some other wallet friendly versions of the one she used on me. she was not pushy about selling their products which i loved, i then actually bought some sculpting cream that makes my hair look and smell amazing. but she asked me if i wanted to get my hair blown out which i said no since i never blow dry and she was very nice about it.
because i was referred they gave me a little goodybag too! all in all this place was great and i am deff going there for my next cut!
the only issue i had was that it was difficult to get an appointment on short notice.
