As a loyal Unilocal user– I should have read the reviews first– as we had the same experiences! This store is amazingly bad– make sure you look at other stores. They sold us a mattress that I think was used. I don’t know for sure, but it sagged in the middle. We we tried to exchange it and the owner«William» told us to take our business elsewhere. And that he didn’t have to «kiss our butt to be successful». Who says that to a customer that just spent $ 2000? They finally exchanged it, but charged $ 195 for removal. The delivery guys wrapped the old mattress plastic and said they would just resell it– I actually took pics of them doing it! Like another reviewer we’re disputing this with our card(there was one charge they can’t even give me a receipt for) and will let the attorneys figure it out. These guys are dishonest and rude– be careful. There are too many other mattresses places out there.

The sales are very nice but if I could give this place no star, I would. The return service ruined everything! I bought this mattress a few days ago, and before they could bring the mattress to my house, I went to the store asking for a return. Instead of being friendly like few days before, they were rude and impatient and asked for 20% of the total price +tax to be given to them for return services. This made no sense to me since they haven’t brought the mattress to my house. I hope you people reading my review won’t make the same mistake as I did; don’t buy anything from this place!!! You will regret it!

We just moved here and had the BEST experience here! We love our new bed and customer service is their thing. We found them to be extremely knowledgable and caring about our needs. They even delivered the same day!

Sales team were great and personable but the delivery crew is terrible. I recommend picking up you’re mattress yourself. The guys called my roommate a douchebag and were cussing outside the house thinking we couldn’t hear. They also forgot two parts of our order and were reluctant to answer questions. A low price is only worth so much if the customer service is not up to par.

I strongly do not recommend. I had a great experience buying my mattress there, but the delivery process and customer service afterwards has been the worst I have ever experienced. They delivered our mattress on a day it had been raining. They made zero effort to cover or clean their shoes. After having to go up and down to our third floor our house was covered in mud and dirt. It was bad enough we could not clean it and we now have to hire a service to shampoo our carpets. After leaving messages with the store and emailing I could not get a return response.

THISPLACEISHORRIBLE!!! My husband and I bought an Englander mattress less than a year ago and we started have severe neck and back pains a few months ago. There are deep impressions on both sides of our mattress and we can’t sleep at night. We contacted the owner about the problem 2 – 3 weeks ago, sent in the pictures and info they requested, and were told today that our problem DOESNOT fall under the mattress warranty. The owner and co-workers dealing with our case were extremely disrespectful and rude, and at one point were refusing to send me an email/hard copy of their final decision. Thankfully, we purchased this mattress with our American Express card. We are disputing with the company as we speak. DONOT buy your mattress from this gallery. They are unprofessional and dishonest.
