I called Mullineaux on a Sunday of a holiday weekend when I woke up to a 42 degree house. They got someone to my house within a few hours to diagnose the problem, and while they were unable to get the part that day, they set me up with space heaters and had the part shipped in overnight to help me on a holiday. They were responsive, timely, reliable and knowledgeable — a pleasure to work with. So glad I took the chance on a company I hadn’t worked with before! A+ and accolades to our technician Scott.
