I agree with the previous review I have been in this store multiple times and one time and older middle-​aged woman was helping me and she was very rude. I was getting a bracelet cleaned and purchasing a new one and looking at charms. I asked about the Rosegold and she snapped at me «you do know it’s not real gold right?» She spoke to me very rudely even though I was purchasing a new bracelet and was shopping for a charm.
I have been to this store and had a great experience with a younger girl and did not purchase anything on that trip. I forget her name but I will always try to see her next time.

To add to this. If you really want to go a pandora store. Make the treck to the green hills location. They are super nice. I had my bracelet cleaned again. And this time the sales manger took the retired charms off and polished them my hand.

Loved our experience at the Pandora in Cool Springs Galleria. Kyler was our sales rep. She was polite and professional and not at all pushy. She showed us all the charms we wanted to see. At no time did we feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. We bought 7 charms for a gift and stayed within our budget. When I need more Pandora I will go to The Pandora at Cool Springs Galleria and ask for Kyler.
