I’ve been going to Pat’s for years now and would not think about going anywhere else. They’re honest and set expectations well so there’s never any sticker shock. The shop is neat and clean and all his workers are polite and helpful. I’ve never had to wait more than a day to get my car looked at. Last time I called with a heating problem, he told me to check my coolant level. Sure enough it was low and he saved me a trip.

I love Pat’s and I’ll never take my car anywhere else. Pat’s is the only completely honest place I’ve ever been to. I don’t know much about cars and really… Sometimes I feel like I walk into a garage and dollar signs light up in their eyes because they know I don’t have a clue. Today, I had a problem with my brakes that Pat put in 2 years ago and he warranteed the work. Oh, and by the way, «while we had the wheels off, we rotated your tires– no charge for anything today». Who does that??? Pat’s is fantastic and I’d recommend it to anyone!

Pats automotive is the place to go for an honest assessment of what your car/​truck/​SUV really needs, pat and his team will work with you to find the solution that works and they stand behind their work no questions asked. I have already recommended pat to my friends in the neighborhood. A telling sign of their integrity is the multiple times and with different members of pats team I got the same great support and no charge for analysis that didn’t result in a repair they explained we didn’t fix anything so their is no charge, the big dealers would charge you a non refundable analysis fee, they treat you the way you would treat you

Pat has serviced and repaired our family vehicles for over 20 years. This is a good honest shop with the owner on the premises all day, every day.
Pat’s also has a great network of resources for car repair, so if its something they don’t do, they have some options of other shops that might specialize in your particular problem.
