Found this place about a year ago in Cool Springs and I absolutely LOVE their chocolate. It has a great «local» vibe as you’re often helped by Paul himself. They have very unique selections and a wide variety. Little tip: trust him when he makes a suggestion even if you think you won’t like it. I found some of my favorites that way! Valentine’s Day is around the corner and I guarantee your significant other will love anything from Paul’s Chocolate Gallery!

Paul & his family/​friends are delightful. This guy is an exquisite chocolate maker!!! Now he’s paired up with Nuccis and that is an insane combo!!! Please check this out for amazing chocolates and delicious gelato!!!

This is a real hidden gem. Whenever I’m in Nashville and in the doghouse, or just want to bring somebody a surprise treat, this is the first place I look.
Paul is very helpful and patient, the chocolates are world class, and the creative factor here is very high. Go in, get a sample, and leave with a beautiful little gift bag all your friends will love.

This little goody is actually kind of hidden but I’m so happy it’s within a 5 minute drive to my place. My first visit, I got chocolate covered fruits which was so amazing and the second time, I had chocolates with chocolate and fruit flavored filling. All good. I’m definitely coming back for sure.

Great place for chocolate. They have liquor and wine infused chocolate that is very good. If you’re looking for a great gift for out of town guests /​friends, they have Nashville inspired shaped chocolate. Very cool!

The chocolate at Paul’s is absolutely amazing. There is a great selection of candies, barks, and special items like chocolate cigars and corks… all delicious. The ambiance is very charming and you are welcomed to hang out while your chocolate covered strawberries are made to order. While you wait (5minutes max) enjoy the chocolate art pieces on display in the gallery. The salted caramels are my favorite!

My first visit to Paul’s Chocolate Gallery was very pleasing. It’s a classy sophisticated atmosphere with a great assortment if Paul’s creations. I took my fiancé out for sweets and dinner and he choose chocolates such as: Jack Daniels, Dark Chocolates, Raspberry Red Wine Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate Passion Fruit and a few more. I would defiantly come here again to pick out pieces for a gift or special event. They are a tad bit pricey $$$ but worth the money.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5:
It was a bit warm in the shop. It was a hot day outside and I am 8 months pregnant right now. But even my fiancé mention it was a bit uncomfortable and rolled up his sleeves.

Wonderful treat! I tried the Jack Daniels Dark Chocolate (my favorite!), a Peanut Butter Cup, and a «Kiss» of chocolate. While we just stopped by for a quick ‘test’ treat, we plan on getting back in to gather additional gifts for family… and for ourselves!

Just checked out this place by Genghis. Their chocolate corks are delicious… Like truffles. Candy was fresh made and had a nice atmosphere. Would have been five stars but at $ 20 for 4 corks, it’s a little too pricey for regular visits!
