Ordered hot wings, tasted awful, almost like freezer burnt or old??? The Pepsi was flat. Service poor. I brought wings up to counter to inform 1 bite out of 1 wing and almost vomited. Manager stated only can give discount $ 3.00 off of $ 10.00 dollar wings so that cost $ 7.00 for 1 bite. Wow! Manager said can’t refund just because we didn’t like the taste, exactly it was the taste but something was wrong with them! My friend ordered a pizza here delivered with a piece taken out of it over the summer, should of not stopped here. Never again!!!

This place has went downhill a bit. Stay away on Friday night, too slow! You’ll have to ask for something more than once, asked for a fork and never brought it. Still like this place but not as much as I have in the past.

I’m a pizza king lover and I was a returning customer to the Franklin location on 3÷8÷15. My family and I visited and ordered two pizzas. My family and I agreed the pizza seemed greasier than normal-but hey it’s pizza, so I digress. Within a few minutes of receiving our pizza, we all heard a buzzing sound, saw a spark, the lights flickered, and suddenly a lightbulb shot out of the ceiling and onto our table. Luckily the pizza broke the fall, so hot glass did not shatter. It was however very alarming and no one was hurt. I understand that staff cannot always control a malfunctioning lightbulb, but they can control their reaction to the situation which was pretty unsympathetic. We moved ourselves, requested a new table, and still paid full price. Employees didn’t even try to smooth things over and seemed almost annoyed that we even said anything. Very disappointed in the service.

Pizza King Station is a great place to take young kids or preteens: there is a model train that drives around through the restaurant, past each of the tables, and stops to deliver drinks — you lift open a panel and take your drinks from the train cars. There is a tv mounted at each of the booths, where you can watch tv or play videogames — Playstation. The pizza is unique — thin crust, with a bit of salty seasoning applied. I recommend the barbeque pizza. The salads are also very good — a junior Sicilian salad is plenty big when you’re also ordering pizza. Breadsticks are average. Service can be slow when they are busy, but the servers are very friendly and helpful. Pizza comes out quickly after you order. This is a great place to take kids out with the family for a surprise or special dinner. I would not recommend having a large party here though, as you will be spread out across multiple booths, and will find it hard to talk with one another. Price will be a bit higher than Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. The restaurant could be a bit cleaner — sometimes I think it takes the severs a while to thoroughly wipe down booths after diners leave.

The train bringing drinks to your table is about where the coolness stops. I was raised on Pizza King and this location does not fit the bill. There was a lot of sauce, no cheese and it was pretty salty tasting. The crust was barely cooked and sagged when you picked it up. Not the Pizza King standard! We had a really hard time getting the TV to work, let alone the games, and had to track staff down twice to get things worked out. We had to switch booths and check several before finding one that worked. Our«waiter» acted like he’d never talked to anyone in his life and didn’t belong in service. After rave reviews, I expected more. Owners should update the place and visit Greenfield, Richmond, New Castle and other locations to find out what real Pizza King pizza is like!

Stopped there to eat dinner Sunday with the kids and grand kids. 10 people in all. Had to sit in 2 separate booths with no chance of visiting as they are high back booths. Service was terrible. Absolutely terrible. A train bringing you drinks is NOT good service. Had to ask a number of time for items. Terrible. Food was fair at best. We will never go back.

After camping in 100+ degree heat, we drove out of the way to go to Pizza King on our way home. We stood in the lobby for a good few minutes with no direction. There is no ‘Seat Yourself’ or ‘Please wait to be seated’ sign. My boyfriend poked his head into the pick up order and shouted«Do we seat ourselves?» Yes. Why yes we do. Thank you, Oz. When we got to the table, we had decided what we wanted, and I vaguely remembered from my childhood that you place your order through the intercom, but I couldn’t remember if that was just drinks or pizza or both? Uh… And again. No instruction. You order BOTH on the intercom. The train brings your drinks, a real live awkward youth will bring you your pizza. You *might* get a refill on your drinks, but it probably won’t be timely(if you’ve been to PK before, the pizza is very salty), and if you asked for lemon, don’t count on it. We heard another table complain about their forgotten fruit, but we just decided not to bother. The pizza is great. It’s nothing fancy or fabulous, but it’s good ‘n salty. The price was great. The service… sucked.

Love the delivery of your drinks by train. The pizza, breadsticks and salads are awesome. Definitely recommend this great place to eat.

One of my favorite places to eat. Your drinks come to you on a train. The pizza is the best. They have TV’s to watch for 25 cents for about 10 minutes. Big booths make it nice and private.

This is my favorite restaurant for pizza. They have much more than pizza. In my opinion they have the best bread stix in the world. They have a wide range food selection. This is also a fun place to take your kids to. While you sit in your booth, you have a personal TV and video game console. Also, a train brings your drinks right to your booth. THEKIDSLOVEIT! There is a bar though on the other side of the restaurant for you adults. Trust me, you’ll love it!

Large Pizza King Station in Franklin –it is a nice refresher from the small strip mall Pizza Kings I have found around Indy –but nothing like the clean small-town Pizza Kings I am used to from Northern Indiana. Kinda interesting that a train brings you your drink even if you do not have children in your group. Seems a little under staffed for such a large location –but I did visit on Mother’s Day so it may have been swamped for that reason. Good pizza, a little on the greasy side, not that amazing of service… felt like the restaurant was closed when we were there we saw that little of the staff.
