Quest Diagnostics

Called the office this morning to make an appointment. The automated system was kinda annoying but easy to use. I prefer people but I made an appointment for 11. I got there at 10:45. 2 people ahead of me but no receptionist. Apparently there was only one person working at the time. I signed in and waited. exactly at 11 the girl called me back. She was very nice and professional. She quickly collected my copay and started drawing my blood and I was out the door in ten minutes. The office is sending me an email with the results after its sent to the Dr’s office. I rave about places that run smoothly and dont make you wait.

I walked in and within 15 minutes was checked, tested, blood drawn and on my way. Ms. Tammy was kind & professional.
