For a town the size of Franklin, pop 3100 or so, this place is quite impressive. Its right on the south side of town on Georgia Rd, which is highway 441(and) also 23 going south out of town. Its a nice looking building that sits back off the highway which really isnt visable from the highway. It is on the east side of the highway. If you see a Wendy, Shoney, or The Factory restaurant its back behind all of them. There is also a Microtel on the north side. The side street is Allman Road. Take Allman Rd back behind and its the large brick and stone building with huge windows in front beyond The Factory Restaurant. It has 1500 seats, is high tech, good sound, and comfortable seats. It’s not that old either. It went up in 2008. There is a large parking lot with often plenty of room if it isnt a sellout. They have a fairly busy schedule with all sorts of people coming. Many I have never heard of! Some are fairly well known. Prices are really reasonable if you compare to what big city folks have to pay to go see a live show. The more known shows coming up are the Village People, tickets $ 28 or $ 32. That is Aug 122015. In Dec 2015 is Christmas with the Letterman. Prices $ 23, $ 25, $ 28. Compare those to big city prices!!! If it isnt a name person you might find prices in the teens or even lower. I saw local vocal group perform and it was around $ 10. For the more popular shows you can choose your seat online and pay and print your ticket at home online. You can pay and print with the lesser shows, but those are often open seating. If you are one to eat or drink from the snack bar, you will find those prices half or less than prices in the cities. Popcorn was $ 2 $ 3 and $ 4. When I commented to someone that was cheap, they said those are the new prices, recently raised! You will be surprised if you come from the city at the prices. You wont miss the mortgage payment over it. The building is part of the Drake Enterprise complex. They own a large number of businesses in Franklin. They tend to the Religious and politically right wing side, however people of all persuasions should be able to find something to enjoy if they browse through the website of coming events. The residents of Franklin are lucky to have such a place.

This venue is top-shelf. Acoustics are phenomenal. Close to quality restaurants and the staff always seem friendly and willing to assist in any way needed.
