Walked in today with an immediate need to buy an office chair. They had all kinds of display chairs lined up, but no inventory. The clerk, who I had to hunt down to help me, was not very happy about having to look in the back for one. Of course, she came back and said «No stock, but I can order you one». I explained that I needed one today. I offered to buy the display chair «as is». She said «I can’t sell you the display chair because then customers will get mad if they cannot try out the chair before they buy it». I said, «You don’t have any chairs in inventory if they do try it and like it anyway– now I am annoyed». Went across the street to Office Depot. Problem solved!

They are so great here! I was running late on getting some menus copied and laminated. They had a bunch of orders they needed to get done, but they squeezed me in right away! Thanks, Scott and Son! You are life savers!

Went yesterday to get a desk. Picked one out, took the tag up front, waited 10 mins then get «uh, we’re out of that one, would you like to order one?» Uh no, I needed one today. Asked if we could have the floor model and were told no. So we went back to the desk section and picked out another one, took the tag to the front, waited 10 mins and were told «uhhh, we’re out of that one too. Would you like to order one?» NO, We needed one today for our business. We asked if we could have the floor model again and were told no. WTH? Terrible stock and service. Not Happy!
