I like this Starbucks. Everyone that’s complaining over disliking their drink… Uh if you explain you’re unhappy with the beverage most times they’ll make you another. You attract more bees with honey than sh*t.

This is the Starbucks on Route 23 in Franklin. I am grateful Sussex County has a Starbucks. This location has a drive thru, which is a bit odd for me and I have only used it on a couple of occasions. When they are not busy, you will get your drink quickly.
The interior of this location is massive. There is ample seating to read/work/study and there are plenty of outlets if you’re going to make this your «office» for the day. There is also an outdoor seating location with some tables. It’s a little too cold today to sit outside but the couches inside are comfy.
Drinks are made well as long as you’re not trying to sneak something in off the special menu. If you do that, you need to tell the baristas the ingredients. Not a big deal but important to note for your visit.
Good spot in Sussex County to read/work/study.

Perfect drive thru service.
Fast and very welcoming. The greeter was extremely pleasant and actually made me feel like as cared about her job.
It’s also located on the south side of route 23. It’s easy to get in and out of in the mornings.
Five stars because my experience here is always flawless. My coffee is always made great, the people are great and service time is fast.

Quick pit stop at this starbucks on a Sunday Night before a long drive back home, what i thought would be an ordinary drive through experience turned out to be quite different and pleasant. First off the greeting we received from the young gentleman working the drive through was fantastic, he was very friendly and extremely nice and kept up with that same positive attitude throughout the entire order. And his voice was just awesome, he had a very commercial voice in a jolly type of way. He was very knowledgeable about the drinks and letting us know when adding extra sweetener wouldn’t be necessary due to the drinks being sweet already. Bottom line is this was the best drive through experiences I’ve ever had, great service and great staff.
PS-and thanks for not forgetting to put sweetener in my black tea, which has happened one too many times at other locations.

Not the sharpest baristas, and with the pretty low volume I don’t see them getting a lot of practice to get much better. The space itself is very comfortable, but this place does a lot of drive-thru business which seems to be a drag to the the in shop customers.
There’s a manager lady who just doesn’t seem very «Starbucksy» if you now what I mean. More like McDonalds in here demeanor and approach. She seems to like to do things like talk about work schedules in front of the customers. Small thing, but nothing I want to hear.
