Coffee is fine but no use sitting down with a laptop since the WiFi is absolute trash.

This place is mostly packed in the morning. And they can be slow. I gave them a better rating only because one time I went in right before they close the girl at the register was still nice enough to take my order and even gave it to me for free. Every time we went through the drive through they never got our orders wrong. So the extra star is for good service.

From my wife: «This Starbucks gets my order wrong 9⁄10.» Given how awesome my wife is, I give her the benefit of the doubt. Granted, this location has a nice lounge area, which I’m sure inflates the higher-than-appropriate rating. But from my perspective, just because you have a chillax-conducive environment doesn’t mean you’re quality with respect to service. If any establishment wants a good rating, it’s important it honors the customer by listening.

Please fix your drive thru process. My average wait time here is 15−20min and I am pretty sure that’s me being nice. Please please fix it. This is one of the worst three Starbucks drive the in the nation. I have ended up on several occasions leaving and just grabbing an ice tea from chick fil a or McDonald’s or anywhere. Very disappointing.

Ugh– I really needed wifi this morning but it was down. Fail, guys. It will be a while before I come back– because now I know the wifi isn’t reliable. I had to take my $ 10 order to Whole Foods to get connected.

So I’m not a huge fan of reviewing super big chains like Starbucks, because let’s face it: regardless of if you have a negative experience you are probably going to continue going back for your over priced latte. At least I do. That being said, this Starbucks is special and I feel that it needs some love on Unilocal. So this is me giving the Cool Springs Starbucks some love! I am working on my MBA right now, why is this important? Well, I have an endless amount of work that never is finished. This Starbucks is the perfect location for a halfway spot for all the members in my cohort. We are at this place 4+ times a week. This location is PERFECT for group work. Towards the back of the shop there is a huge long table that can fit like 14 people. It is an ideal spot for any study group or group of people wanting to work on something. The staff is extremely friendly. I mean so great. I have had such cool conversations with so many of them, and they remember us. It’s like a small town coffee shop feel as a huge chain. I have heard that this is the busiest location, but the line backs up outside primarily. Not inside. Overall, if you live in the area and need a place to work, I recommend this location 110%.

Everytime I come I wait in line for about 30 – 45 minutes and 9 out of 10 Times they tell me they are out of the food item I choose. It’s frustrating to wake in line for so long and then be told the one thing I actually really want is out.

I’ll still come here, but the Now Hiring sign is telling of the service. Good people, just slow. 1 guy had to unfortunately make drinks for inside and drive-thru. My drink was made well though. Hope they can find more staff! :)

Wish I could give less than a one. These are the rudest people I have met at any Starbucks across the nation. They should be fired. Don’t you know that the customer is who keeps you employed?

How hard is it to take an egg off of a pre made sandwich? Must be extremely mind blowing hard. Out of the 15 to 20 times I’ve ordered this sandwich they have managed to screw it up multiple times. Now I will admit it falls on me to check my order before I drive away. But if I ask the person accepting my cash if there is an egg on it and you tell me no. I do not want to be surprised by an egg that I did not ask for. This is not Easter and I am not a child. Panera will now get my business at least I can get what I asked for and it is correct!!!

The rumor is that this Starbucks is the busiest in all of Tennessee. I believe it. Every time I come here it’s extremely crowded. It is a great location, but come with time to wait.

They have a drive thru! Very convenient and the baristas are really friendly. Only issue is there is still a bit of a wait.

So there’s slow and there’s Starbucks slow. Really. Been here 17 minutes with 6 drinks coming over walk in counter and 11 going over drive they window. This Starbucks is so slow it is ridiculous. Safe bet here — go they drive thru. They have a timer and they are in task. Walk in. — slow.

Most annoying drive thru ever. Is this a circus/clown show or a coffee shop? A pleasant greeting and a cup of coffee is great. But Comedy Central is at Zany’s.

It was 2 pm and I waited 20 minutes for a coffee and was late back from my break. CLEARLYUNDERSTAFFED, which equals poor service and unclean areas. The parking lot is about impossible, with the drive-thru blocking the diner’s spaces. Since this is an obvious issue, one would think to prioritize a solution– which tells me the management doesn’t care, is non-motivated, and assumes the establishment makes enough profits as is.

Bad service. 15 min wait mid day for a Mocha. A hassled barrister. Sweating. With attidude. Maybe just a bad day.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since they first opened. I have had both good and bad experiences, albeit mostly good. I’ve often heard this is one of the busiest stores by volume in the country due to the very busy drive-thru. That being said it typically takes at least 15 minutes to get your drink of choice unless you show up at an off time. About a year ago they started offering the coffee pressed from their new Clover machines. Around the same time they remodeled the location. They increased seating, albeit at a cost. The comfy chairs are in shorter supply. This is primarily the reason I’ve deducted a star. The location needs to expand. Realistically they should have double the space with more comfortable chairs and at least another cash register. All in all this location is a quality Starbucks with good service in a great location.

This place just blows my mind… the drive thru is always packed and i’m convinced they are pumping in some type of «happy» air for the staff because they are over the top pippy — to the point that I just couldn’t wrap my head around it. I felt like I was being filmed for some type of tv show… they are like the spunky perky cheerleaders from bring it on. each and every one of them… worth going through the line just to get a load of this cheerfulness. Rock on Starbucks employees… way to try and turn peoples frown upside down…

Probably the single greatest Starbucks I have ever been to. Everything is typical cookie cutter Starbucks retail… EXCEPT the staff is top notch and there is a Clover. The drive-thru line moves incredibly faster than any other Starbucks in the nation, it’s like they have hired top quality normal people who become superheroes when they don their green aprons! Go Team Green Apron!

I don’t like drive-thru starbucks; they are noisy, have a lot of extra commotion behind the counter; making it much more distracting if you are trying to do read, write, homework, think, relax, meet, etc. With that said, the energy is great at this location. Hail to the management for hiring really well. Everyone seems to enjoy each other, and are very service-oriented. Parking gets very tight… it’s a BUSY location.
