I went to get my eyebrows waxed. I was very clear with the girl that I liked thick eyebrows — not too thin and that I therefore just needed a tidy up. When she was done they were the thinnest I have ever had my eyebrows. I hated it. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went to Studio 20 again when I was due for my next wax. I made it clear that I liked the thickness and didn’t want thin eyebrows. She handed me the mirror after woods and oh my goodness my heart sank — they were so skinny! Listening to the client is extra important and I feel like they didn’t listen to me both times.

When I sat down at the stylists chair, she didn’t sweep up the previous persons hair before me from the floor. I stepped over it, which was seriously a lot of hair, and sat down. Within a few minutes, she dropped her comb into the hair on the floor, picked the comb off the ground, and kept using it on my hair. She did this twice! So who knows what hair funk got on me from the floor and the previous persons hair. Totally grossed out. Very unprofessional. Doubt I’ll be going back.

I got my hair cut, colored, and highlighted at Studio 20 for the first time this week. A friend recommended Hope after hearing I was looking for a new stylist. I need convenience, and thankfully this is close to where I work. She was attentive, listened to my needs, offered great customer service and beauty advice, and styled my hair perfectly. She freshened up my look and I love it! I called a bigger salon with several locations around Nashville and Franklin, and got horrible customer service when I called (and before I ever got in the door). I guess I’m thankful that happened because I found this little jewel of a salon right after. I’m looking forward to making this my regular salon, with Hope as my stylist. The price is very reasonable too, which is wonderful! I highly recommend Studio 20. Everyone is very nice and the customer service is awesome.

I’ve been seeing Sarah (the owner) for a little over a year now and she is awesome! She is super talented, nice, funny and so willing to do whatever I want with my hair. She has great ideas also, for those times when I’m not sure what I want to do.
I told my mom to go see Sarah and now she has become a regular client as well.
The staff there is awesome, all the girls are great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I started coming here last summer when my stylist, Adrienne, left another salon and relocated in this one. Adrienne is a real pro and always gives me a good, consistent cut. I have used other stylists at this salon in a pinch and they all seem like they know what they’re doing. And, it’s closer to my house!

I walked right in and got a haircut with no wait. It was $ 15 for a men’s cut, and they did a decent job.
