T J Nails

This is by far the worst place I have ever been. They are beyond rude and unprofessional. I would never even give this place one star but I didn’t have a choice. You are better to go ANYWHERE else in the area and be better off. Take my advice. Take your business elsewhere. Family owned family failed!

I’ve always had good experiences here. There previously were some technicians that didn’t care and that seems usual for any business. The woman I previously liked moved and I started with a new person. So, ask for Vivian. She is great.

Pros: The business is clean. I was able to walk in and be seated with in 15 minutes without an appt. my toenails look great
Cons: I waited in the chair for approximately 10 minutes before we got started — no apology for delay. 2 women that worked there were having an argument in front of customers. Once my manicure wa s completed and my nails dried (supposedly) I walked out and door and reached my hand into my purse to get my keys. 2 nails Immediately smudged. I went back in, quickly got them fixed, and sat under the dryer again for 10 minutes or so. Left again, and by the time I got to work, I noticed that the polish on a different nail started sliding off. I called and explained this was the second time the Polish got messed up in 10 minutes or less, but I wouldn’t be able to come in until next week to get it fixed due to my work schedule. I was told that if I was going to wait that long, I’d have to pay again — that is understandable but I wish I would have at least gotten an apology or maybe a percentage off my next manicure.
This is the second manicure I’ve ever gotten and I rarely do things like this due to my budget. Going in i was expecting a pleasant, relaxing experience. It ended up not going the way I was hoping. If I ever get a manicure again, it likely won’t be here.

Went for a pedi. Nail tech’s phone rang while giving me a pedi, she stood up and walked away (in the middle if the pedi) to talk on her phone. I could over hear her and it wasn’t a must take call. They overflowed the water in the basin (it went everywhere), also, the water was cold during the pedi. My nail Polish has come off on 8 of my toes 1 week later. I will NOT return here

Having just moved here and going to my nail tech for 16 years I thought it would be hard to find another one! I was so happy to find TJ Nails. Everyone is nice the place is kept immaculately clean. I had the BEST EVER pedicure here. I have continued to go back as a regular every 2 weeks and highly recommend TJs to everyone!

Worst nail experience EVER. My mom and I went here just to get a polish change (I had gel), they told us to wait a bit, then called me over for my nails. My mom politely waited, and they allowed her to sit next to me so we could talk. 20 mins later, someone else came in and they took her immediately. My mom was totally overlooked. Then a very rude employee yelled at my mom to get out of the chair next to me, so she could do a manicure on the client she had… there were other stations they could have sat at. As it was most of that rude girls stuff was elsewhere.
It made for a very uncomfortable time for us. I left as soon as the guy working on my nails got the polish off. I walked out with horrid nails.
DON’T GO HERE!!!

Not worth it. Went here for some mother/​daughter bonding. Waited 30 minutes because they did not have enough workers. When they finally took us back they had me sitting 3 chairs away from the child’s chair. What child wants to sit that far away from their parent, not to mention we were doing this to talk and spend some time together without dad & brother. Got mad because I told them this wouldn’t work. Needless to say we will NOT be going back here.

Hit or miss with this place. Last weekend, I had a great mani/​pedi. I guess it all depends on who you get…
